Finally had a FB Messenger reply saying someone would be in touch. The goods I ordered arrived today.
Saw this company online. Sent them an order, received an acknowledgment and invoice over a week ago now. Money taken. No products received, no further information sent to me. No response to either mail, phone calls, FB messenger.
Totally rubbish and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I wish I would have read these before placing an order!! This guys are fraud….placed an order and two weeks later still no update nor my item being delivered. Avoid at all costs.

Failed to arrive but to be fair was royal mails fault however apart from showing proof of delivery every other email has been ignored.

DO NOT USE - they promise and don't deliver
Same with Theresa, placed the order with no problems but 6 weeks later nothing has arrived. Chased and they promised the next day and still nothing.
I don't think they are in Blackburn as advertised but an offshore company.

Order was easy to place
Order was easy to place. However, I've still not received my order and have doubts I ever will. Had no response via email and last phone call I made the colleague was not helpful at all. Will not use again, now our of pocket. At time of this review I have no order and no refund. If I could give zero stars I would.
