WARNING – NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Absolutely the worst experience, never ever use this company to book a flight, I am out of pocket the original flight booked and the second last minute flight I needed to book at the airport to actually get home. If you want to use a service like this, use SkyScanner. They cancelled my flight from NZ to Sydney without any message of warning, so when I got to the airport, my husband and little one were on the flight, but all I was told was that mind has been cancelled. No luck calling webjet to get them to fix it and get me on the flight, the most stressful experience with a 3yr old who doesn't understand why we need to wait and not bug daddy on the phone (if you know, you know!). In the end, I had to send them to catch the flight, but even trying to book onto the flight at the airport was impossible as the checkin desk doesn't sell tickets, luckily the Qantas staff felt sorry for me and managed to get another flight booked (at another $600 on top of having already paid for the flight). Literally got to the gate as the flight was boarding, but at least I was on the same flight home, I actually thought I was going to have to stay in Auckland the night. I have called 4 or more times and each time they are very helpful, but no one seems to have any authority to do anything at the call center, so all they do each time is 'escalate' it to the head office, who doesn't even have the decency to respond. I have been waiting for 6months for a response from headoffice, and I get the feeling I am just being fobbed off and they have no intention of giving me a refund at all.
