Ordered a key but had to send pictures due to not having a code. Unfortunatly it didn't work. I emailed Mark and sent new pictures and the key was with me the next day. What fabulous service! This key is perfect!

I needed two sets of Thule roof bike carrier keys and after looking online saw Webkeys could provide these in a quick turnaround.
3 days after ordering, the keys arrived and work spot on.

Ordered Monday, received Tuesday.
Keys were OEM and fitted perfectly.
Happy days.

This company scammed me out of my money. They sent me the wrong keys and when questioned they keep saying they will look into with no updates given and no refund. I ordered from their competitor and got the correct keys straight away. Don’t waste your time or money they have no customer service skills.

My query was answered helpfully, so order made, order acknowledged, order fulfilled & posted notification received, all within the hour yesterday. Today the keys arrived safely for what was a very reasonable postage charge.
How good is that? Well, I think it’s excellent service, notwithstanding that the cost of the keys was so darned reasonable - in actual fact over £5 less for a genuine Rock Door key, than I was charged by a certain high-street key cutting/shoe repairer for a ‘Brand X’ blank.
Furthermore, I’m not a business with a big order, it was just 3 keys, but I was given 5 star service all the way. No job too small, obviously.

My mum's house had some windows without keys that were locked. Phoned up and they said to email a picture of window handle which I did. Got a link with the correct key. Paid by Paypal and the key was with us the next day and fitted. Fantastic service

Ordered two keys for an Avocet lock on their website on Sunday evening. Received email first thing Monday morning to say my order was completed. Keys arrived Tuesday and worked perfectly.

Absolutely brilliant service! Sent email on a Sunday evening with pictures of an old UPVC window latch that had missing keys, first thing Monday Kelly had replied with a link to buy replacement keys for that lock. They even offer a refund if the key doesn't work, but thankfully this wasn't required as they got it right first time. Speedy dispatch and shipping too. Overall a fantastic company. Thank you :)

These guys are amazing ! I recently bought a house and had no window keys, there website says 'send us a picture of the handle/lock and we will try and identify the key for you', impossible you might think but they did it. Saved me a small fortune. Thanks :)
