Best experience working with Pete from Webmate

Working with Pete from Webmate has been an exceptionally great experience. His professional ethics and delivery of the client product was an eye-opener.

Not only did Pete deliver a great website but the process of doing so is one that has left me with a good memorable experience. His ability to listen to the client's vision and work on it to make it a success and less painful for the client gave me reassurance in the vision.

Flawless Technical Fault Resolution

My internet experience had been deteriorating for a while and whilst troubleshooting my Wifi setup to rule any issues there when the entire connection died.
I contacted Webmate who had become my ISP following their takeover of MacAce. I had been with MacAce for decades and always enjoyed their the personal and excellent service typical of a small specialist company. Such takeovers do not always turn out well and it was with some trepidation I picked up the phone.
However, the service was excellent. My call was replied to immediately. The conversation was model of politeness, brevity and precision. The fault investigation process was explained to me and a timescale given. I was immediately contacted when the fault was identified and the repair process and timescale was laid out for me. The repair process happened as described and I was contacted soon after to confirm all was well.

Landline phone fault.

I had a problem with my phone landline which I did not understand. I contacted webmate, who in turn scanned the system and reported back within 1/2 an hour. The problem turned out to be a major fault at the telephone exchange. This in turn was resolved 24 hours later by the phone company. I have been with Webmate for a long time and are very satisfied with the service. I would recommend them to anybody.
