Unbelievable to add injury to insult, company closed and still taking payments from credit cards for no service!

I recently engaged with WEB NINJAS for the development of a basic website, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Initially, our contact, Digital project manager, seemed promising, offering a comprehensive explanation of services and agreeing to our requirements. However, once payment was made, communication became sporadic and unreliable. Despite numerous attempts to reach him via the provided mobile number, our calls were consistently unanswered, with excuses about availability through text messages.
After over 10 weeks of persistent efforts, we received a subpar layout that failed to meet our expectations. Requests for amendments were met with demands for additional payment, communicated in an unprofessional manner that left us deeply unsettled.
Efforts to escalate our concerns were met with further frustration. Communication via phone calls to the number listed on the website proved futile, leaving WhatsApp as the sole channel, hindering our ability to address grievances professionally.
Moreover, when expressing dissatisfaction to him, we received dismissive and (((THREATENING responses))). His suggestion that leaving a review would result in (((RETALIATION))) on our company's website was deeply concerning and unprofessional.
Our initial request for a basic website was not only unmet but overshadowed by an abysmal customer service experience. We had hoped for a professional and collaborative engagement, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. We attempted to escalate our concerns to a senior member or director. However, our request was met with dismissive responses from him, indicating that the director would not be willing to WASTE her time with us. This lack of senior management involvement further exacerbated our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
I hope this feedback prompts constructive dialogue and improvements within This company. It is essential for future clients to have a more positive experience.

We worked with web ninjas in January 2024 this year, we own a small building company and we needed a website to help push our business. The team went over and beyond, there was a slight delay on our design but we was kept well informed.
