Webnode is a great server. Great communication and customer support service.

Terrible experience, I'm moving all my projects elsewhere. My email hasn't been working for a week. I'm unable to reach any technical support. When you write an email, you get information that the email will not be taken into account because you have to go through some AI form, through which no one will answer you. The phone number, in case of an urgent request, is also not listed anywhere.

My sincere thanks to Petra M. for her help, willingness to assist, and exceptionally kind communication. She was a great help to me and resolved my requests quickly and efficiently.

I needed to transfer a domain from a current website to my new site managed by webnode. I knew it possible but didnt know the mechanics. Professional service overall & nice features to select from. Upon issue, ticket follow up is directed to human intervention when needed. And follow up is endured until ticket is actually closed.

very bad customer service. cant reach them by email which was only 1 option left. i could chat with booth but it only takes questions cant cant answer them properly. very frastrating when you use google ads and ads cant run because you have prolem at web development and web development dont asnwer your email.
AVOID this service.

Excellent aproach and very quick answer to my ask

it is a very easy to use website builder, it fits to my budget. When I need help the customer support is super helpful. All in all I have very good experience with them.

When upgrading from the MINI plan to the STANDARD plan, you end up paying almost twice as much as the price initially offered for the STANDARD plan. I find their pricing and offers misleading. Communication and customer support for the Czech market are also very poor.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience.

It's a very good software for creating websites, the best and the most practical even I think! However, I find that there are too many paid features (adding a form, etc.) which makes communication with customers more complicated when you don't want to put money on a site. But apart from that, I highly recommend, it's better than all the other software I've used in terms of website creation!

I created a website using my mobile phone. When I decided to cancel the service, I discovered that cancellation can only be completed from a computer.

I contacted customer support and explained that I do not own a computer. Instead of providing an alternative solution, I was told to borrow a computer from a family member, friend, or colleague.

I find this completely unreasonable. If customers can sign up and purchase services using a mobile phone, they should also be able to cancel those services using a mobile phone.

What disappointed me most was not the technical limitation itself, but the lack of willingness to help. The response from customer support was simply that I should find someone else’s computer.

This experience left me with the impression that becoming a customer is much easier than cancelling the service.

Any company that can accept payments through a mobile phone should also allow customers to cancel through a mobile phone.
