Don't by from them... They sold me a bath for near £2000 didn't come with the number of jets that was advertised... Was offered a pack of essential oils a compensation.... Now the bath is Broken .. It's leaking water an IV contacted them a few times. The keep saying a tesm wil reach out .. I'm stuck with a leaking electric bath... There after care is poor.
Our hot tub arrived safely last week and is now up and running.
We almost didn't proceed with Web of Hydromassage because of some dreadful UK reviews, however, I am very pleased we went ahead for the following reasons:
- The product itself (Adagio Plus) appears to be well made and exactly as advertised
- Customer Service was excellent, as was general communication
- The price was considerably lower than any comperable models.
- The timeline from ordering to delivery was quicker than expected.
The 4, rather than 5 star review is because of the following 'niggles':
- The printed instruction manuals are in Portugese and in French. Customer Service sent me a downloadable pdf English version that I then printed.
- The outer shell was covered (rather excessively) in a protective plastic film that, annoyingly, took a long time to remove and was very tricky too.
Overall though, very satisfied. This is our third hottub over a 20 years period.

This company is the most unprofessional and corrupt company. They have no business ethics, will scam you for your money. Cant waste anymore time on this scamming company who rip customers of £2000 worth of orders and don’t bother to reply to customer complaints.
I wish i had read and seen these reviews, before i purchased my bath a year ago, ive had lots of problems with it after it took months to come, ive emailed many times, ringing constantly these are a joke!!! Ghosting after taken money

We placed our order in June with a promise of October delivery, the date has come and gone and we have no Hottub! The company has ghosted us since full payment was made. We have today contacted our card provider to start the process of reclaiming our money.

After Speaking to laura from Web of Hydromassage and being assured they had a Unopened Cancelled order ready for there Logistics Dachser uk from Rochdale to pickup and Deliver to Me with in 3 Working days I paid in Full on the 29th October 2025 I have invoice .
Hence I called numerous times eventually phone was answered
and Spoke to Laura on 31st October whom advised the Logistics Dachser uk will call me very shortly to confirm delivery.
On Monday 3rd November I called web of Hydromassage uk based office which is in Peterborough over 30 times with No vail of anyone answering the call.
I then called from a different number phone was answered by Laura and She gave me Dachser Logistics phone number to call directly and my order reference number.
I called Dachser Logistics and they advised me that they had Called the Customer whom they were instructed to collect the whirlpool Delos premium bath from on Friday 31st October 2025 that Customer was refused the Collection on the basis they were delivered the wrong Bath early September and was and still awaiting for Web of hydromassage to send them their Correct purchased order and take the Delos bath back at the same time.
Dachser was instructed to Collect from them Only.
Hence.
The Delos bath they intended to deliver to me has missing Taps/ Accessories and other issues.
This is intent to and Fraud.
I sent web of Hydromassage Email/ text messages/ and have since this morning Tuesday 4th Nov 07.55am called them more than 35 times but no reply and not answering call again they have gone Mute.
My bathroom is awaiting the bath until then further fixtures can't be installed and tiling can't be done accordingly.
This company is making my life Hell and miserable/ we don't have bathing or showering facility.. Neither has web of Hydromassage had the decency to resolve my issue which is Dishonesty from them.
What options do I have Now Any Advice anyone can give??
I have requested a full refund.
And completely disgusted of their dealings.

Bought hot tub for my new house on 15/05/25 costing £5200 with a promise that it would delivered by early September. We are now approaching November and still I have no hot tub. After hours of phone calls that go nowhere and emails that never get responded to I am now left with no choice but to contact trading standards and begin proceedings to recover the money and time lost from this purchase. I am absolutely disgusted with the service. No help no updates or information no one you can reach out too but they are very happy to take your money and very quickly too. I would not use this company and I'm advising anyone who thinks of using this company to think again they are thieves and do not care about anyone. Not even sure if they have people on the end of the phone as there is no voicemail and you just keep getting looped around the system. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE spend your money elsewhere. I will come back with updates on this case.

Quick to respond to negative reviews but won’t do anything at all to resolve ongoing issues- as previously mentioned no effort made by them to resolve or replace the incorrect bath. Literally no communication from the spanish warehouse or the uk team or thr delivery partner, Item sat in my driveway for almost a month now but now response.
I purchased a Naxos 1500 premium with black accessories on 19/8/25 the information provided advised 7-12 working days for delivery. I received the item on 18th September a month after purchase. Unfortunately although I paid an extra £395 for the premium model I have been supplied a standard model. Communication from the company has been non existent after purchase. We have had to keep contacting for estimates of delivery there are no updates after purchase. I emailed and I have sent the supporting pictures to prove I have not received the edition I paid for. I called and explained I have a medical condition that requires me to have a bath with a heater and this bath does not provide this. I have paid £2150 and waited patiently after the projected time frame. The website does not inform you that you are ordering and paying a Spanish company or that it’s being shipped from Spain. I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this company.
Update - contact was established from after sales instructing us we had to package the incorrect bath back onto the pallet and send pictures so they could arrange a courier which I have done on 24th September. They advised the incorrect bath needs returning before they will dispatch the correct bath I have paid for. Despite doing everything I have been asked to do there has been no further contact from the company and after sales message is saying we can not take your call. I have a bathroom without a bath and I have a bath on a pallet on my drive. My husband and I are in our 60’s and my son had to help my husband to do this. I paid £2150 for the bath on 19th August and have now been without a bath for a month. So after being reassured by the comments below there is now radio silence. I fully understand mistakes are made but it’s how issues are resolved that defines a company.
Further update-despite being assured the correct bath has been collected by the courier on 26th September and assurance they would collect the incorrect bath at the same time as delivering the correct item as a priority. The courier has failed to make contact. Once again it’s over 12 working days for delivery from the day they advised it was collected. After numerous days calling them and failing to reach after sales I managed to speak with them last week after spending the entire day calling from 8am I finally got an answer about 3pm. They provided a tracking number for the courier. When I managed to put the tracking number into the couriers website, it was the tracking number for the incorrect bath that was delivered in error on 18th September they have failed to provide a live tracking number. After 2 months without a bath I finally receiving an email from after sales for the Spanish company I was advised the bath was at Spanish customs this was on 17th October. This would indicate the bath was collected by the courier on 26th September but still at customs 3 weeks later and could not provide a tracking number, there was no timescales for delivery. I have a life limiting condition which is worsened without a bath, I had no alternative than to ask for a refund. They agreed to mark it as cancelled. I was told the courier would make contact with a matter of urgency to arrange collection and once collected I would be refunded. I did wonder if it had been collected by the courier 3 weeks earlier and was at customs would they be so eager to mark it as cancelled or would they give reassurance that it was on its way and there shouldn’t be a delay? No reassurance was given just agreed to mark it cancelled and no chance we’d be receiving it and I would have to wait until it was collected and returned to Spain before they would refund.
Further update-I acted on being informed they would not refund until the incorrect unit was collected and returned to Spain which could take months. I made a claim through section 75 with my credit card with the evidence of our correspondence and I received a full refund from my card provider. Despite raising a complaint with webofhydromassage for the 2 months they used my property as storage, the collection was not actioned until they were notified by my card provider that they had refunded me. They then closed my complaint regarding delay in collection and using my property as a storage facility as resolved as I had received a refund from my credit card. They advised as they had paid for delivery and collection they would not compensate me. Despite these errors being their errors and I have been hugely inconvenienced and stressed, impacting my health, apparently my complaint is resolved. They suggested I changed my trustpilot review. I can’t recommend this company. I bought a unit in UK with same specifications and received it within 2 working days £600 cheaper. If you want to avoid the stress buy elsewhere. If problems arise they can’t resolve.
