I have only ordered a few times with this company and I’m not impressed at all.

I first time, they put too much oil into my tank. So it needed to be cycled back out or I could pay the extra. (Mistakes happen) so just paid the extra. But it was an inconvenience.

The next time. They just turned up with no notice given. So the gate was locked. When I called them, I spoke to a very rude person called Andy and he started shouting at me, saying he has cancelled my order as they couldn’t see a gate to gain access.
He had no customers service and was unwilling to try and put their mistake right. He has total lack of empathy.
So now I have to wait 5 working days to get a refund to then place an order with someone else, which will take a lease 10 days for delivery. This is not what I wanted to deal with over the Christmas holidays.

(Would have been ZERO stars if I could have) They refused to deliver the oil purchased. Claiming that they could not access my property. This has never happened before in the last 7 years (over 20 oil purchases) Disgraceful behaviour. Never, never order from them again.
