Poor customer service

A bit cheeky agkung for a review when i havent received the goods and you havent responded to my email asking if the item has been despatced yet so i will rate you one star for popr customer service

Let me order and pay for an item

Let me order and pay for an item. 11 days later sent refund of money with no reason. When I chase up there was no stock. Shouldn’t have let me order then. Item is now out of stock everywhere and I could/should have bought it elsewhere. Then keep emailing for a review.

Not impressed really

Not impressed really! Ordered something for my dog on Friday you took the money then the following Wednesday told me it was out of stock. I did email you about 4 times asking for an update as I did need this item for our holiday!! Never received a reply until the day when I had notification it had been dispatched then an email to say to ignore as it was out of stock. Sorry your customer service is terrible
