They sent me the wrong order and haven’t contacted me back about it at all so I’m out of pocket because of this company! Not impressed with the customer service!
BAD SERVICE, UNTRUSTWORTHY
I ordered x 3 packs of 'Spot on' Flea prevention treatments for small cats, but Webpets sent me 3 packs of Flea tablets, to treat cats with fleas. I telephoned their contact number, but there was no answer, so I emailed my request for them to send me the correct order that I had paid for. I have had no response from Webpets at all. I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service, which has proven to be non existent and despite having ordered from Webets before with no issues, I will never order from Webpets again as I now feel they can't be trusted.

Good quality sheets, large tub makes it easy to pull them out, and the sheets are all impregnated with the disinfectant. The dog doesn't mind these as there is no strong alcohol smell. I will certainly keep to these in future as they are handy for general use too.
Hopeless
I paid extra for next-day delivery on specialist cat collars for use with a magnetic cat-flap. They were urgent because until they arrived, an outdoor cat either had to be kept in, or if we let him out, couldn't get back in. What I got next day was 10kg of weight-loss diet dog food, complete with an enclosed delivery note giving me the name, address and personal mobile phone number of the lady hundreds of miles away who'd ordered that - and presumably she got my own personal details too, together with the cat collars. In fairness when I called, they did arrange NEXT next-day delivery of the right thing - but they promised they'd also arrange collection of the dog food two days after that. A week later we still have it sat here - a huge heavy post-sack sized package getting in the way - even though we spoke on the phone again yesterday morning and they promised to get it collectedurgently. I joked on that call that I was worried the poor dog was still waiting for his food. At least, I thought it was a joke... not so much. Yes, they said, he was. So they hadn't even sent the other aaffected customer a replacement. Never again.
