I used their live chat when I hit a snag with my domain setup. They walked me through it patiently and everything was sorted in under 15 minutes.

What an irritating bunch of scammers. I filled in a questionnaire in order to get a backpack for £2.00. The money was taken from my account by Webrody. But then so was £39.95 and apparently I’d signed up to have website support. As I don’t have a website this is beyond unlikely. On contacting them they cancelled my subscription with a generic letter.

Noticed today £39.95 coming out of my account twice a month since the start of 2025 for something I most definitely did not sign up for. Contacted them and they send me an invoice for something I don't recognise for a service I would never use. I have zero email reference to them, nothing, but I did receive an email about cancelling the subscription when I questioned them via online chat so that in itself is very strange. They refuse to refund anything beyond 14 days, Cas who I spoke to via the online chat refused to clarify the email questions and stated that I did receive them which I really didn't. When pressed further on certain questions the chat ended to "further assist other queries". So I have had a refund of one amount but the rest I will have to attempt to get back through the bank.

Honest... errr thought I was getting five bags of dog food. So far it's cost 39.95 and the 2.00pound it stated. They have been reported as I never signed for removing money... I am disabled and live on benefits only. I've been a bit silly here . Cancel all subscription and payments to these.

SCAM! No idea who they are, but started taking money from my account, somehow they obtained the information. Also, loads of spam started straight after this occured. They use WebRody or WebRodex.com.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Do not fall for this scam! I paid £2 postage for some Elemis products. When my email confirmation came through I had subscribed, unknowingly and they were going to charge me £39.95 every 14 days! When I tried to ring, no answer. I got straight onto my credit card company who stopped all payments. Don't fall for it.

They use prize emails from different Companies to get you to sign up. Mine was I've won something from the postcode lottery/looked totally legit. Agreed for them to take £2 for p&p from my account, then it struck me that something did not add up. Checked the approval notification in online banking and saw the money was going to cfwassist.com. Traced this via google cfwrassist.com and via the online chat cancelled my subscription. The £2 never actually left me account thankfully. Accused them of obtaining money by fraudulent means. They denied all knowledge. 100% scam. Get on to them fast if they catch you too!!
