I'm just getting my real estate website up on Websitebox.com. They offer great templates and have descriptions and language already entered that is easy to update. It's by far much cheaper than other options I looked at. It's an easy and good way to get a website up and going in the early stages of a business when the budget is tight!

As a Realtor looking to have another website, I received 100's of calls once I registered a new domain. All trying to sell me a new website, and after hearing the cost from several developers, the prices are crazy. Then they don't give you anything more then they use their templates and create it for you. None giving you anymore value and none are able to prove results of traffic without monthly charges adding to the total cost. The websitebox site offers everything the others were selling and the support answered my questions. Even if I add the $99 add on for lead captures it is thousands below developers cost. All I did was editing.

I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to web pages, Usman took the time to explain all aspects of my new web page to me. And in simple terms that I could understand. I would certainly recommend Website to any one considering purchasing a web page.

The out-of-the-box content that you get with the site is very good. That said, it still requires some customization. I've sent several email requests asking "how-to" questions to their support team and my questions have been answered very quickly, by very courteous support staff people.

Sign up was easy and only cost the one time fee that was promised. Editing my website cullenrealty.com was way easier than the previous website company I was working with. The on-line chat for assistance worked extremely well. Their helpdesk is also easily reached by phone. I am a bit surprised and very pleased with websitebox!

what is neat about this company is that the one time charge of $99 is really a one time charge. Why other companies continue to charge its clients a monthly fee is beyond me. Right now, i can have that peace of mind that my website will continue to exist for a lifetime without me spending another dollar.

I had made a request via a chat box and the response was a link to a FAQ that I had already looked at and wasn't the problem or solution. However, on the phone when they actually looked at my site as I asked my question, then he quickly figured out what I was asking and helped me fix it.

Fairly easy to create a good looking website but if you need customer service don't hold your breath. I've submitted two requests for help and, after two weeks, haven't heard a word. Very disappointed.
