While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid this company at all costs!! They will promise you improvements, proper web design and SEO. Will actually make a cheap wordpress website which you can do yourself in 1 hour and demand over £700 pounds. They never care if you are not happy once you have paid them and they require all payments upfront. Rude and not helpful.
They will demand half of the payment upfront and second half before they even finished, and once you paid them, they don't care anymore. They never made our website live and charged us for SEO, which physically could not have been done because site was never completed to full working order and was never life!! If you refuse to pay them, they will hold your domain and emails so your operation will stop until you pay them (for nothing). No matter what they will reply, I will not have a chance to reply again, but I have all proof of what was said. Legal action will be taken agains them. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM

We quoted this client £600 + VAT for moving their old non-mobile friendly site http://www.removalseu.com (screenshot http://prntscr.com/iuxewk) to a new mobile friendly/responsive WordPress theme http://removalseu.previewserver.co.uk/. At the same time we replaced over 28 pages of duplicate content with re-written text and re-worked their large quote form to make it mobile friendly and more user friendly.

The client paid 50% at the start of the project. The client approved the new website to go live and, because he was travelling, he was unable to pay the 50% balance. Since we had, up until that point, been working well with the client we put the new website live following the client's promise the balance would be paid within 24 hours.

Once the site was live the client demanded extra work be carried out and refused to pay the balance. Despite our best efforts to resolve our differences, the client became aggressive and continued to refuse to pay what was due. After several days of being able to resolve the matter we very reluctantly took the new website down and pointed the domain back to their old one. We wrote off the balance of the project and chalked it up as experience.
