Background: I wished to continue using my own domain/subdomain names with my two third-party (Gmail) accounts - as I had many years of archived mails that I wished to retain. So I sent the same query to three different providers and Website Helper was the only company to provide a full solution with no warnings or caveats - just solid support. Berto and the support team came back in record time and even invited me to shop around for better prices with their suggested solution! (My previous domain host/provider, 123-reg, and one other company, wanted me to buy two hosted mail boxes, and also recommended me to discontinue my Gmail accounts!)

It really was a no-brainer! Website Helper's support is absolutely second to none and I could not fault the service nor the price! (One other company absolutely warned me against using Gmail and other similar providers to receive my forwarded emails.)

The provided solution has now been running for about two weeks and it is flawless - I am delighted.

Just bought a second wordpress managed packed for a new website after fantastic service hosting my first website. I moved from a TSHost and they arranged the whole transfer going above and beyond any service I have experienced before. On the 2 occasions my website has had major problems they have fixed it straight away. They respond to support requests quickly and communicate with you all throughout any issues keeping you informed. Can't recommend them enough.

Group kept giving me problems where the hosting could not cope with two Wordpress being installed then the guy called me a liar so then I canceled my payment agreement after getting problems after problems of a group with useless staff

I've worked with dozens of hosting companies and I've always believed that the success or failure of a hosting company is down to its Support Team. If that is true, Website Helper is going to be a big success because their support is awesome. And the servers are fast enough for shared hosting. In fact, it doesn't feel like shared hosting at all. I love it.
