Dave and his team are doing some work for a neighbour. I thought I had lost some tiles in the recent storms, which I thought would need replacing. Dave and his son had a look and popped them back into their fixings there and then. They didn’t charge me and I am reassured there is no serious damage. Will know where to go if I have any problems in future 😎

We had Webster Roofing replace the roof on our house end of May. The team worked tirelessly to get the job done in the middle of heatwave. They were great and helpful and we are very pleased with the end result. Our neighbour even then had their roof done after seeing ours. They gave a good price for the job and I would reccomend them to anyone.

Webster Roofing replaced my ground floor roof extension in August last year and the next heavy shower resulted in an even bigger leak into my lounge, dripping from the ceiling and running down the walls. They came back and admitted it was bad workmanship and the employee was sacked. Tiles were damaged and felt was torn looking for the leak. Tiles were replaced but I had to insist on new felt to replace the damaged felt. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable. I asked another roofer to replace 2 damaged tiles, on inspection he found the work done by Webster Roofing to be appalling, photos were taken and have been sent to Webster Roofing but no reply has been received. Because of shoddy workmanship and cheap materials the roof had to be replaced. Also I was vastly overcharged. I wouldn’t let them change a light bulb, bunch of cowboys.

Cannot recommend this company enough. My elderly mother needed her roof totally replaced using the existing slate as her home is a listed building. Dave gave me full details of the works so I could easily get the consent from the Council and worked with me to make sure the roof was done to their requirements. Dave and his team were a delight to work with and looked after my mum so well, putting her at ease with them being there and also helping out with connecting her internet (not exactly part of the job but very much appreciated). Their work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and they had patience in explaining every stage of the job including sending to me by email before, during and after pictures. They cleaned the whole site so that you were never know they had been – except for the amazing new roof of course! So fair price which they kept to, punctual, polite, friendly, went of their way to help. Cannot say enough good things – Thank you Dave and crew.

I called Webster roofing as an emergency at 6pm at night as my roof was leaking bad. Dave and Sammy came around straight away and got the roof to stop leaking and then returned the next day to carry out repairs. Can’t thank this company enough for going above and beyond. Highly recommended, keep up the good work lads
