Very slick operation, I sent loads of photos, including those of any damaged areas, as I fully described it "warts and all" the price agreed over the phone was paid prior to the vehicle being driven away.
Very easy method to sell.

the x3guys arrived on time andrew alan roger all x3guys very polite and believe me they new they job 100%
roger was very honest with me pointed out issues that needed addressing
so after a lot of thought we went ahead with the deal even helped to empty my motorhomes
if ever I was in this position again I'd definitely would rather deal with these guys

It took only four days from my initial contact phone to the van being collected. They offered a fair price and the staff collecting the vehicle were open and honest about the condition and a minor damp problem of which I had not identified.
