This was my first experience with this company. I found them online, used the easy watch catalog to find my watch to send my enquiry. I had an email back within 24 hours with a fair price. I sent the watch into them and was duly paid the price I was quoted within 48 hours. I would highly recommend them. ******
I received an offer immediately by email. I was expecting less as I know how it works - I wanted a quick sale with no fuss - but to be honest it wasn't a bad offer at all (my friends offered me less!).
I sent the watch in (securely) and thought I'd get a call saying that having seen the watch they could only offer... blah blah blah, but credit to them, they paid me what I was offered and that same day. No fuss.
Anyway I'm happy, and when the time comes and I can afford an expensive watch again, if I need to sell it, I won't hesitate to go to these dudes. Great firm and straight to the point.
Luca was very helpful and gave me an honest view on my watches. Payment was speedy. All round good company to do business with, I will be using them again.
Completed and emailed the internet form with a some trepidation, but had a detailed and in this case acceptable offer later that day and also a call to discuss a few details about the watch and also explain the process......sent the watch away the next day and recived a call firt thing the following morning requesting bank details, payment recieved at lunch time......highly recommended
