This company says they will collect your car for free, not so.
They will collect your car for free but it will cost you a £49.99 APPLICATION FEE!!
So how can it be a free pick up?!?
When I spoke to the sales person she said this fee would apply. When asked where on the website this was mentioned she didn’t know.
After all of this they didn’t show up!!
I said as I had been put out and wasted a day I wanted to re-schedule, but expected my APPLICATION FEE!! refunded as they had not kept their part of the bargain.
Sorry can’t do that.

DONT waste your time sell car for them
First thing they dont tell they will CHARGE you £50 for a car check,none refundable!
GARANTED Never will pay you what they offfered on their website,not even close.
They offered me £4260 first,and when we was tallk on the phone i told them my car has a little scratch on wing(small like 50 pence) and one alloy has a litlle scratch too(on 8 years old car!!!!),reduced the price to £4160.
So the day when they came,the guy was very impresed about my car condition and couldnt found anything on it,they still tryed say something to reduced the price.Like,due a service(serviced by main dealer 3000miles/year ago)needs respray wing.?!,and alloy refurbishing(has little scratch)i wish i could upload picture here to show.
So final offer was £3500,£760 less(20%)but he couldnt say a decent explanation why!
