Everyone we spoke to was so helpful, even though things were delayed a few times on our side (sale following a death and ownership took a while to be transferred over), they kept in frequent contact and were very flexible and patient in rearranging viewings. The valuation was fair and paid instantly so overall a great experience.

Smooth and seamless procedure. Don’t expect to get the market price as they have to make a profit.
Also no different from the similar named Uk outfit, the price they initially offer is never the final price after inspection. But if you are realistic about pricing they are a good bet.

I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The communication was swift and clear and all queries were answered honestly and professionally. On the day of the sale (in the Malaga area), our car was thoroughly inspected by Glen and a very reasonable offer was made, close to the initial evaluation that we had received. He offered a full explanation for the slightly lower offer and we had no qualms in accepting. Furthermore, the bank transfer was received quickly and the proof of ownership/name change was also dealt with very promptly. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Positives: We read the reviews before contacting webuyyourcar, and it went pretty much as expected, they offered lower than expected as a first offer, even after sending all my photos and documents, the car was in a genuinely perfect condition, so we asked that they review the price offered, they came back with an increase of 1000 euros, which we felt was fair, on the agreed day a thorough inspection was undertaken, a small decrease in price was agreed, as part of the price of a service which we knew was due. Glen was knowledgable, and very helpful with some advice for the type of 4x4 we were looking for as our next vehicle.

Negatives: The day before our appointment I received a message to ask if we could meet them roadside, as they were busy, approx. an hours round trip from our house, with then no way for us to get home, we did not feel this was a professional way to conduct the business, so we declined, they came to our house as originally offered.

The payment transaction which had been promised before the car left us, was delayed till the next morning, which was a little unnerving, but we do believe there was a genuine problem with the payment their end.

Overall a good experience. We would use them again.

Totally agree with the other bad comments on here! Absolute time wasters. Started off with an offer of 6850 euro then by time they came to mine after 30 photos later, lots of calls and texts they then reduce the offer to 5500 euro. Which was the lowest price I could imagine for an 8 year old Berlingo with under 120k on the clock. Then they arrived and pulled it apart. Said it needed new steering wheel as it was worn, new tyres yet it just passed a new ITV. Had a few chips here and there being 8 years old but they said the paint was a bit faded in places and it needed a total respray which is utter crap. Then said a new alternator would be put on so they can give the new buyer a warrantee. Oh and as the cam belt hadnt been changed recently they said they would have to do that yet it doesnt need replacing as has only done 2000 km since last full service. Finally made me a totally unacceptable offer of 3500 euro!!! You know what they can do with that offer! Total waste of an afternoon and all the prior conversations. Would never use again!!!

I wanted to sell my car quickly, at a reasonable price, without any hassle or aggravation. From the moment I first contacted the company, they were quick to respond to all of my questions, and offered a fair price. They thoroughly inspected the car, which resulted in a downward revision of the estimated value, although it was still a fair price. The money was transferred to my account before the car had left my property, and the completed paperwork, evidencing the change in ownership was provided a few days later. I couldn't be happier, and I was surprised that they travelled to Mallorca, even though the company is based on the mainland. I would recommend, and use again.

Spent time sending photos and documents including all areas of damage I could honestly identify. Made a low offer but accepted it for ease of transfer. They did exactly the same as a previous reviewer said. Pointed out some hail stone dents that I had never even noticed in the 5 years of owning it then said needed to call the office to let them know? Then made a derisory offer at which point I sent them away. Wasted my petrol doing a test drive knowing he wasn’t going to stick to the offer that they had made! I will now sell the car for more on my resort. Chancer’s!!!! Car had done 11000kms and he was expecting showroom condition car.

I was recommended this company by a friend who's experience with them had been good.
I was initially skeptical (due in part to the similarity of their name to a UK company with whom I'd had a poor experience).
But these guys were a refreshing change; no nonsense, straight to the point and very thorough in their inspection of my car.
I was happy with their promptness, level of communication, the simplicity of the process and the price they offered.
