I placed an order on August 22, 2025, which I paid for on the same day.
I did not receive the order and requested a refund on October 3, 2025.
Today is January 14, 2026, about 5 months have passed since I made the payment and more than 3 months since I requested the refund.
I still haven't received the refund and at this point they are no longer responding to my emails.
Contacting them by phone is impossible.
After long years of being wellserved, after not delivering my dog food after 4 weeks I cancelled the order and haven't received the money return, neither reply to my messages. Avoid
Scam. Careful, they take your money and goods are not available for months... then money return is an issue. Bad communication afterwards.
The package was delivered in 3 days in pefect condition. The only bad point was the carrier sent a message on the second day saying it would arrive at the end of the day and no one came or warned they were not coming
Not a serious company. Have made my ordered on June 10th, delivered estimated for maximum 72 hours, more than 10 days have passed and I received an email cancelling my purchase without refund of the amount paid. Tried to contact the company several times and line is always busy!! Scams!!
This Company accepted my order on April 17 giving no indication that they did not have the products in stock. On April 19 they advised that there would be a slight delay in delivery as the products were not in stock and today, April 20 they now say that they EXPECT delivery to be made at the END OF NEXT WEEK. From previous reviews and Facebook comments they have been getting away with this shameful practice for years. I have demanded a full refund of the money I paid and would advise everyone to AVOID dealing with this Company. UPDATE - Money was eventually refunded on 10 May.

The customer support is awfull...I had request to cancel one order because it was delayed without perspective if dispatch and after almost 2 weeks still haven't received the refund for it...had to rscakate to paypal to try to solve this....so I cannot recommend it at all
