Always felt even when I worked so hard it was never good enough got paid off for knocking a plant over then off for 2 months then paid off again absolute joke of a company and cheeky staff that don’t care about you.

Took my money, been waiting ages and my order hasn't even made any progress, had to get a refund through my bank

I booked a hat cleaning, but the drop-off location for my item was too far away from my location and I never got my hat cleaned or my money back after emailing multiple times. They just stopped responding. A very difficult and complicated service, as far as I'm concerned.

Sent the wrong item, I’ve emailed them nearly 1week ago and still not received a reply

Paid for the hat laundry service on Feb 16th, received a confirmation email saying 'We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent', along with a comment under Shipping Method 'Local Collection Service - Collected from a local point near you.'
That was all I heard from the company until the 28th when - after being chased - they got back to me with apologies and the requisite instructions and barcode for sending off the hat.
This I duly did, and again there was radio silence until March 18th when they emailed again to confirm the job was now done and to tempt me with a Premium Cleaning Kit (plus extra brush) at a hefty discount, which I refused.
The hat finally was returned to me today, March 22.

Verdict? The hat was clean, but the delays (5 weeks from placing the order until I got the hat back) and long gaps in communication mean that I won't be using their services again. They got my job done eventually, but the time it took and the silence in-between just wasn't worth it.

Fantastic company would highly recommend. Had two baseball caps which were gifts, but I still managed to ruin them tried everything to get them clean then found clean uk. It's like they are brand new I don't know how they did it but I can't thank them enough. Great company will use again.

Was skeptical at first, but after reading reviews decided to go through with it. Service was on point and shoes were sent back to me within two days. Really good communication, has given my shoes extra few years. A few studs came off, which they replaced for me free of charge. Overall exceeded my expectations. Smashed it!

Purchased the 'starter cleaning kit' after using the service they provided me as I wanted to give it a go cleaning my own trainers myself....WOW! their cleaning solution paired with the cleaning brush really does wonders!

My trainers are now looking brand new again!

I sent of a pair of white trainers that I thought would never be white again, to then get them back as if I’d bought them brand new. Absolutely amazing you can tell they are care about what they do!

I’ve used many trainer cleaning products before but this product wins hands down both on quality and price. Very very simple to use with professional results, highly recommend 10/10
