Misleading communication and bad service
I ordered an accessory more than 11 days ago with a shipping time of 5 to 10 days and the part still hasn't gotten to them. The item was sold as in stock but they think in stock means that their supplier has it and not them, which is misleading. Their emails are snarky and don't address the questions asked. I love supporting local small businesses but companies like this make it very easy to bypass them for retailers like amazon or aliexpress
