Debbie was amazing! From the minute we walked in the door to when we left we had her full attention, she was so lovely and put me right at ease. I was nervous wedding shopping and she definitely brought my confidence out. I loved every minute of it and I couldn't thank Debbie more for such an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

The whole experience and team were amazing, but massive thank you to Maddie who looked after me and got every dress spot on, she has so much patience and passionate about her job, was lovely having her take care, reassure and support me xxxxx

Debbie was FANTASTIC today! She was incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable and really funny too. Thanks for making a really overwhelming task enjoyable (and for helping us not be late for our parking!) would have been 5 stars if the wait had been slightly shorter. Debbie made it worth the wait though!

I went in with my mom and best friend just looking for sizing and to get a feel for dresses etc and by the time id finished I was walking out with the dress of my dreams that perfectly fit, the amazing lady that helped us she listened to everything I liked and disliked she didn’t try to over sell anything she was patient and she even threw a “hat in the ring” dress that I’d not even considered trying on before she showed me and turns out that was my dress to be honestly the staff are so polite and friendly they know what they’re talking about and give honest opinions on the dress on you if you ask

We had an amazing experience here today, all the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. But in particular Debbie. She was amazing from the moment we sat down giving us her professional opinion and what would suit best. She was so bubbly and exactly what you need when trying on dresses for the first time which can be very overwhelming. My mom walked out having bought her dream dress and all the accessories to go with it. Thank you so much to Debbie for giving my mom the most amazing experience picking her dress

Nisha was SO amazing at making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my dress appointment. Nothing felt forced or ingenuine. I arrived at the Shirley store full of nerves and a worry I wasn't going to find anything that looked nice but after only 4 dresses I found my perfect one. Highly recommend Wed2be!

Absolutely loved the experience in WED2B in Shirley! We came very early on a rainy day and it was very worth being the first in the store! Got very busy as the day progressed. I can't say enough how amazing was this experience. Debbie and the team were truly the best. I felt like a princess trying to find two completely different dresses wasn't easy but I spent the best time in Shirley! Debbie listened so well and found very quickly what I was after (even though I wasn't 100% sure). The lighting in the store is magical. Photos from normal phone turned out stunning and I constantly check them giggling. Debbie was very helpful in explaining the materials and care as well as showed few ideas for hairstyles to go with the dresses. I was almost sad I chose the dresses and it was time to go! Everyone in the shop was simply perfect. I couldn't have had a better time. I already recommend it to everyone! Thank you for making this shy bride feel not awkward at all!! Love, K

Personal assistant with great knowledge

Choosing your wedding dress should be an exciting and positive experience, but after having had a negative experience the week before, I didn't expect to be walking home with my wedding dress. I visited the Shirley store and Farrah assisted me in my search for my dress. She asked a lot of questions about the type of dresses I liked and details I liked on each dress, and brought different styles for me to try until I found a dress that had the shape, lace detail, and train that suited me. Being a jeans and jumper girl, who is not very 'girlie' I needed someone to guide me, and Farrah did exactly that. Thank you for a positive experience.

We went to the Shirley store and had Nisha. She was fabulous, made me feel amazing in everything I tried on but still gave honest advice. She really knew what I wanted before I even got to the conclusion.
The store itself was clean and tidy.
My only bit of negative feedback is where were the bubbles?! Would have been nice to have a Prosecco when we found the dress or during the appointment.

Debbie was fantastic wouldn’t of been able to find the dress with out her and I said yes to the dress with all her fantastic help thankyou again xxx

Excellent experience this weekend at the Shirley store. I can’t believe I found the dress after only 3 dresses. Nisha asked all the right questions and got exactly what I didn’t realise I was looking for! I was very undecided. The experience was comfortable from start to finish and i never felt pushed into a purchase. Big thank you to Charlotte as well for helping pick out the final finishing accessories. Fully recommend.

Staff were so supportive, friendly and knowledgeable. They were great for me as a bride and for my bridesmaids. There was a great selection of dresses.

The lady that helped me pick my dress was just amazing! Considering I went in just just try some on (to find a shape). Ended up finding and walking out with the dress. Absolutely amazing thank you!!
