Excellent experience!! Listened to my needs and delivered !

Initially i went to Stoke to find my dress. I had my favourites saved on the website. There were a couple of my faves in store and the lovely Amy was very attentive and helped me to try a few on. Thank you x
I loved one of them but there was one i was desperate to try. Amy found one in stock for me in Manchester so I went straight to the station and got on the next train out.
This was the one! I bought it and brought it home. Thank you Chloe for all your help. I had a great day

I had Amelia helping with my dress today at the hinkley store and she was amazing. I felt so comfortable with her. She helped me to choose the PERFECT dress. Thank you so much xxx

My first time trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with the second dress I tried on!
The staff at the Liverpool store were fabulous, from a lovely warm welcome on reception to my kind and patient consultant Donna. Despite the one I had seen and liked online not being available, I was given 5-6 similar styles dresses to try (all beautiful!). I did not feel rushed and was impressed by the size and quality of the changing rooms and seating. Good prices and would highly recommend - thank you!

Big thanks to Jorja who made my experience so special. She was so professional and made me feel very special. I said yes to the dress on my first visit, the dresses at Wed2b are beautiful and bespoke. I would definitely recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed.

Staff members are polite and helpful

Staff are lovely and very helpful. The whole process was easy . Maria was very good at listening to what I wanted and nothing was a bother for her. I left with the perfect dress for me. I would recommend.

The staff were so kind and so helpful. I was having a pre-wedding nightmare and one of the ladies stayed late to help me find a dress. The dresses in stock were absolutely gorgeous and lovely quality. I saw all staff treat the other brides with kindness and respect and they had a great deal of knowledge regarding styles and alterations. Couldn’t fault my experience. Danni was exceptional

After an awful experience at smaller boutiques the day before that were very pushy, rude and very unkind to me. Me and my
friend decided last minute to cancel plans for another small boutique and visit WED2B instead in Chelmsford. And what a complete turn around of experience ! Soon as we walked in I felt at ease, the very large breathable open space helped my anxiety, beautifully modern dressing rooms and clean modern floors. All staff were very bubbly, friendly and down to earth with absolutely no pressure to buy or try anything I didn’t want too. Aleasha who was my main dress helper was my perfect cup of tea and made me feel so happy with her fun, friendly, knowledgeable and happy personality. I didn’t just have one perfect dress to choose from I had 3! But went with the one that I originally have always dreamed of! Was so lovely Aleasha just understood me and what wedding dress I was after and everything else just flowed and we added in the perfect veil to suit the dress and me. I even got my little baby girl a similar beautiful dress to match mine and from such a great experience we are now in the process of buying my 3 bridesmaids dresses next ! Thank you WED2B Chelmford and Alesha for naturally lifting my mood and giving me the experience that every girl deserves to have in finding ‘the one’ ! :)

I found my dress and had a wonderful girl called Karla help me at the glasgow store!

The only reason it’s not 5 star is that the manager who was up training the staff from Leeds, wouldn’t let myself or my mother look at the dresses hanging, insisting ‘the stylist knew better.’ This was really disappointing. As the bride myself or my mum know me better than a stylist I’ve just met. Fortunately I had a dress catch my eye on the way to the changing room and asked the stylist to show me it, without that I wouldn’t have found my dress. I was in the Glasgow forge earlier that day and the girls couldn’t be more amazing walking around with us and showing us dresses that I might like. I assumed it would be the same experience here. When you’re spending so much on a dress you should be allowed to have a look, walk around and browse. This put a bit of a downer on what should have been an exciting experience as the training manager was really rude to my mum making her want to leave.

I visited Wed2b on the 20th July 2026 and it was a day I'll never forget! Carla was with me and she was nothing short of perfect with her knowledge of what would suit me and my preference to each dress. I came away with saying yes to a dress and it was such a perfect experience! Would recommend to anyone to visit Wed2be it's a lovely atmosphere and I felt very listened to and found the perfect dress! Thank you Carla! X

I am afraid my experience has not been that of the majority of Wed2B's customers. As I did not make it into the shop; having read all the reviews I arrived with my daugther on a Sunday morning at 10.45, at that point someone came to inform us that they were now fully booked till the shop shut. My daughter had travelled from Leighton Buzzard no effort was made to fit us in. I really feel that the advertising is completely false, you can not just walk in. I suggest that if any one wishes to visit Wed2B they are there when the shop opens. And be prepared to wait all day.

As we did not enter the shop I can not comment on staff or service.

We went to the Birmingham centre store on Saturday I could not fault the staff and service I got absolutely brilliant and got my dream dress, Katie the lady that looked after me was absolutely brilliant so friendly as with all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very professional I can not thank thank them enough just can’t wait to were my dress now.

I didn’t know what to think with this shop being walk in only but I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. It was a busy Saturday and I arrived for opening and the staff were very accommodating to get me in promptly (especially Beth!). I was served by the lovely Becks who asked appropriate questions and genuinely wanted me to get my dream dress. She talked through the process of everything and made me feel at ease. I was sorted within 1.5 hours as I found the one on the second dress!
Would highly recommend this shop, the staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the prices are brilliant. I found it so lovely how although I had Becks helping me, the other members of staff would walk around and help and pass compliments. It was a really lovely atmosphere. Thanks so much!!

I was very apprehensive about going wedding dress shopping, as how often do people get married?! I was not a person who had a vision of what I was even looking for.
Upon arriving to the Chelmsford store we were immediately welcomed. We were allocated Amy to help. Amy really put me at ease, she listened to what I wanted and it became very easy to narrow down the choices.
I am happy to say I said 'yes to the dress' (I didnt want to take it off!) I am so excited to wear it again.

Andrea and Julia were amazing, they couldn't have been more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I tried on a few of the beautiful dresses and said yes to the first dress I tried on in the end. Such a lovely experience from the minute we walked into the Edinburgh store until taking my dress home. I can't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had such an amazing experience at Wed2Be in Swansea, and I can't thank Tiarna enough for all her help. Wedding dress shopping was something I'd been putting off because I found the whole idea quite daunting, but Tiarna made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

She was incredibly helpful, insightful, and full of ideas. Her compliments and encouragement really put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful. I described exactly what I was looking for, and somehow she managed to find my dream dress straight away.

Tiarna's knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made the experience so special, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much, Tiarna, for helping me find the perfect dress and making such an important moment so memorable. ❤️
