Great experience
Loved the experience once we got into the appointment with Ocean, who was very professional. However, we were kept waiting a lot longer than we were initially told. That said, the choice of dresses was very good and I did find the dress of my dreams. Thank you! ☺️

Amazing experience all round! Every member of staff who helped us was lovely, welcoming and helpful. Ruby (Rotherham store) was so brilliant and so helpful. She was really warm and supportive and very knowledgeable with great advice and honest opinions! She really made the experience for us.
All round my experience was chilled but exciting, simple but effective - just what I wanted!
There are lots of gorgeous dresses in store. So many to choose from and so many beautiful styles. Really glad I bought my dress from here and pleased that it was pretty quick and easy! Found the perfect dress and can’t wait to wear it at my wedding!

Rang the store to discuss visit/ booking/ types of dresses available. I tried on several dresses, perhaps 7-8. Thankfully I had the whole place to myself as I went on a weekday morning. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough. Very happy with my dress (which was actually a staff members choice!)

Inclusive dresses and amazing staff
I was in the Belfast store today. Amy helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me feel amazing showed me 4 dresses that matched what I was looking for however she knew the first dress was the one I would love the most and I did. Hats off to everyone in there hyping up the brides. The fact I am a plus size woman there was so many dresses that fitted me

As soon as we arrived we were very pleased with the customer service especially Millie who took us through what was going to happen and her choices of dresses were amazing. To walk away with the dress was a good feeling.
