Ordered Horseshoe to go to USA.Never…

Ordered Horseshoe to go to USA.Never got confirmation that it was posted.Took days to get someone to answer the phone,no response from emails or their site messages.I was then told the item was posted but this was lies as I checked the tracking which clearly stated when it was posted and certainly not when they said.When item finally arrived in USA the package arrived and was missing the gift bag and the card to say who it was from.The whole experience with this company was awful and absolutely shocking customer service.

What a fantastic service from Chris and team.
I ordered a horseshoe at really short notice and they really went above and beyond to complete it in time. The horseshoe itself is really beautiful and well made and the inscription is just perfect!
Really over the moon with my purchase. Thanks so much! 🤗😃
