WPD has been an excellent partner during the whole process of our marriage. We took the full service along with apostille service. The suggestions from them were quite helpful in arranging the documents before sending them to AFL which they handled. Everything went smoothly and Fatih was quite professional during the whole process. We are just waiting for the certificate with Apostille which I believe Fatih will send out soon.

Only three constructive points for which I would take off a star :

1. Since I provided all the documents, it would have been additional support If I was not asked to fill the forms since the form was a bit confusing at times.

2. The markup on their apostille service is quite huge. €30 when done yourself compared to €250 when they do it. The markup is nothing wrong to have as a business. I am not sure how much work one has to put in if done yourself since I trusted WPD, but I only suggest the perspective clients to have this information before deciding to opt for their service.

3. Fatih is quite open to writing emails. However, when spending around €1000 for a service, it is important that the service is not just transactional. I would have felt more welcome and the service more personal with a good welcome phone call without me having to request it.

Overall, it was a very good experience working with Fatih. I can recommend this to anyone deciding to getting wed in Denmark.

Tip: Fatih suggested Elsinore townhall for us to get wed since Copenhagen was full. There is a direct train from Copenhagen to Elsinore and the small town with cobbled streets is really beautiful. The wedding takes place in the hall where the city council meets which is again really beautiful. I can highly recommend the town. Thanks to Fatih!

Fatih (owner) told us that Copenhagen City Hall was booked out until March (we requested January). Turns out this was not true, my wife and I married in Copenhagen in mid January and there were multiple other days available that month. Why did he claim March? Turns out Copenhagen City Hall refuses to work with Fatih! He lied in a failed attempt to convince us to accept a wedding in Helsingør.
I highly recommend staying away from this company. We went with Marry Abroad Simply instead and we couldn’t be happier.

The process was more complicated than I thought because the law was complicated and there were many documents to submit, but I am happy that we were able to get the wedding date we wanted in a short period of time. The wedding at Kolding City Hall was so beautiful. I recommend Kolding City Hall to all prospective brides and grooms! I am also grateful to this company for supporting us to get married safely in a short period of time.

We were very satisfied with the service. We booked the full service and it took not even a month from the first contact until we got our confirmation for our wedding day, even though there has been a problem with the Danish case system exactly in the week when our documents were send in for the authorization. Fatih was very available and always responded very fast. He was very thorough with the quality of the documents to guarantee that our case won't be rejected because of poor photo quality. Also at the beginning he communicated very fast that he will be in summer holidays and thus gave us enough time that we could gather all the documents before. We thank you for enabling an easy and carefree wedding for us!

Before the Purchase I was in contact with one of the Employees named "Fatih Coskun", I asked him an appropriate amount of questions and informed him about the situation that my Future spouse and I find ourselves in.
Upon asking these questions, the employee got impatient and told me that if I want the rest of my questions answered I need to pay for the Service.
Most importantly, I informed the Employee that my Future spouse holds a German D Visa, due to the fact that we are both employed on a passenger vessel sailing across Europe and that she is residing in Thailand. This information was provided before the Purchase of the Service.
After the Purchase, Upon filling in the forms and signing the documents, sending all the pictures of both our passports, your employee informed me that my Future spouse needs a German Residents because she holds a German D Visa.
I explained that we are unable to provide a German Residence and are unable to obtain one.
I have sent all the Appropriate documentation from our Employer and the German Embassy that contain the Reason of the Visa.
The Employee proceeded to send the documents to the Danish Family Court and upon Rejection he informed me that if I pay an amount of Approximately 200 Euros more, he will then try to send it again, but guarantees failure more than success. Which does not make any sense
The employee has denied us refund.
We have filled a complaint to NH.

Furthermore the employee has shouted at both my Partner and I and has been unquestionably unpleasant.

We want a refund of the remaining amount of the money we have paid for the Full Service package

We were very happy that all of the paperwork was done, all our questions answered in the process and we had the blessing of being with the most friendly people on our wedding day, in a very beautiful country

Great service, very pleasant and attentive people that will help you at every step with any questions you have. Very fast and efficient. They helped us navigate issues and set backs with professionalism and clearly communicated explanations along the way, that otherwise would have been major complications. As non danish speakers/residents, their aid was invaluable. We had the pleasure of dealing with Fatih Coskun, without whom, the entire process would have been daunting and considerably more lengthy. Highly recommend.

Wedding Planner Denmark organised our wedding without any complications for us. We chose a package with all documents, apostile, photographer and hotel and it was a great decision because we didn't have to coordinate anything. Fatih from the agency is very accurate and professional in his work. We had a perfect wedding day with a very nice ceremony in the Copenhagen City Hall and are very thankful.

Fatih is a great worker, and very professional was always available for us. We hired the Apostille service that was fast and efficient (we wait only 15 minutes) furthermore Fatih is a kind and very nice person.
