They ship different products from what they show in their website, of much cheaper quality and very poor. They will not accept returns because the item is personalized....

This business sells EXPIRED products. I bought 8 disposable cameras for my wedding (silver enchanted hearts). It's only when I went to go get these developed at a reputable camera development shop, did they tell me that 16 EXP films haven't been sold in Australia since 2018. The store clerk said I may have been scammed. I proceeded to develop one film only to find that they're correct - the photos all came out with grey/red haze or haven't come out at all!!
What an absolutely scummy thing to do to someone who isn't versed in photography.
What you will get is an old disposable camera wrapped in white packaging. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I purchased 2 frames, one was broken when I received it so I had a replacement one sent and again it was broken when I received it. They said I have to return it to get my money back even though they could see it's chipped from the photo I sent but couldn't do the decent thing of just refunding me. The product quality is terrible, do not purchase from this website.

I bought 12 disposable cameras and only 4 of them did work as they should. I got only black photos of the other 8 cameras

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Never leave feedback and felt compelled this time round to save others the issues. I ordered my personalised gifts, paid for express post AND insurance on the order and in the end it didn't show up, nor did anyone notify me. Weddingstar had no idea what had happened to my package - I had to ring Fedex myself to find out! Fedex told me that the package is missing!!??!! In the end I I was out of pocket and I needed to purchase something else and all they did was offer a refund. The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY. apologies but this is the truth.
