the customer service is practically non-existent. they do not have a phone number or chat bot. the only way to connect with them is through email and their response time is very poor.
I placed an order on August 15th. I did not knowingly subscribe. As of Sept 17th I have only used 2 packets (gummies) so I can not speak to the health benefits as yet. On Sept 11th I received an email advising that another shipment was on its way. My CC was charged. I immediately emailed them to advise I didn't order the shipment and for them not to send it and to reverse the charge on my CC. After sending 2 more emails they finally responded on Sept 15th advising there is no return/refund; the email stated "I recognize that wasn't obvious, and I apologize for the alarm. That order has now shipped and is on its way to you."
At the very bottom of their website page the return policy states "We don't offer returns or exchanges on one-time orders because once a pack leaves our warehouse, our quality and safety standards won't allow us to resell it. Subscribers get a 30-day money back guarantee on their first order. No hoops, no hassle." This makes no sense.
I caution anyone buying this product to be very careful when placing an order and be certain that you are not subscribed if you do not want to. Anyone want to buy this at a discount - I have one bag less 2 pouches and will soon have a 2nd bag unopened.
