Like the first reviewer, my order has not arrived yet. the tracking link has disappeared so i emailed the company. The reply email just says not to worry etc. I think this may not be a genuine company.

Ordered a pillow on 23rd March
Ordered a pillow on 23rd March. By 2nd April this had not even been despatched! It says on their order advice it can take 7 to 12 days AFTER despatch! The item was in stock.
How can a company, in the UK, just 200 miles from my house, be so bad in this competitive day and age! To take an order, and money, and almost 2 weeks later not even despatch it? Unbelievable. Worst UK company I've ever dealt with.
