I was verbally attacked

I was verbally attacked, belittled and called names when I supported this company from the beginning! I have always offered support to others and the way I was treated was extremely sad! This is supposed to be about lifting eachother up! Not making people feel worse than they already do! Shame on you!!!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! One night I felt really lost as I couldn’t stop drinking for weeks, so I decided to look for help. I found We Do Recover and I paid a deposit of £1500 for a next day admission.
Next day my partner told me that we can’t afford it so I tried to cancel my admission.

That’s when it all started. They had no interest to give me back any of the deposit even if I would have been happy to pay for the cost the real costs, i.e 2 days for the loss of the booked bed and for 2x15 minutes consultations. The response to my emails was awful and totally unprofessional.

Then they emailed that they will post the medication they have already picked up for me. I gave them my address but they didn’t post anything! I guess because they decided to use it for the next person.

Then they said that it was explained to me that the payment was non refundable. Not it wasn’t! No one explained to me anything and I didn’t sign anything. It was only in the email receipt of the payment where there was 1 sentence that it’s non refundable. This must be illegal!

You would expect that people in this filed have a bit of compassion for the suffering addict. Not when they want to make an extra money on someone who never manage to come to use their service! Shocking!
