I so wanted to have a good experience with this company but something is clearly missing with the communication regarding availability of product on their website at time of purchase and shipping notification.
I’m currently into day 15 of my initial order their policy is 1-3 business days for shipping.
I have sent numerous emails to customer service asking when I would receive the shipping confirmation (they have actually tried to help but apparently the supervisor was not forthcoming on providing the reason for the delay or any shipping information at all.) So I waited and waited..no resolve.
I asked for a refund and if that could not be confirmed then I would be initiating a dispute with my credit card company for non delivery of goods. Which I did start..that got their attention and an email was received stating it would be much faster to have the refund from them then going through the dispute process.
I called my credit card company and asked to have the dispute cancelled and to have an email of confirmation sent. They confirmed that there would be no email but a notification on my file. I passed that information on and now the refund is in question as there is no email. Good grief what more can a consumer do?? They charged my card immediately have not delivered my order, did not mention at time of purchase that product was out of stock and on back order and now are questioning my honesty regarding the dispute. I’m beyond disappointed and just want to ensure other customers do not have to go through this. 🙁
