DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. The products are extremely poor quality. I have been in dispute for a year with this company and I finally got a return label. I returned the goods using their label paid over £30 postage. I never received a refund but I received my returned parcel back the other day!! I have since sent over 20 emails and have received NO REPLY.

The most horrendous online store - some items NEVER turned up and the ones that did took months to arrive (one item took 5 months!!). Some items were such bad quality I couldn’t wear them. Then the company didn’t reply when I emailed them on how to return garments and when I finally got a reply they said it was their policy that returns had to be within 15 days and I was too late for a refund. Outrageous given I had to wait months for them in the first place and now can’t wear them! Despite many emails I’m still out of pocket with no refund and am giving up hope.
NEVER NEVER buy anything from these cowboys!!!!! They should not be allowed to trade!!!

I ordered and received merchandise that is poor quality and not as advertised.. It was all too small and not comparable with size designation of American sizing. When I attempted to return the item as per instructions, there is no way to contact a representative to start the return process. This is obviously a scam. Do not order from this company

Absolutely horrendous, scamming company. DO NOT PURCHASE from them ever! Products took 3 months to arrive and did not match the items marketed on the site. One item was completely defective with wonky hemline, which I would have to pay to return!! And another item was sold out. Instead of refunding my money, the company told me I missed the two-week window in which to select an alternative item. Beyond outrageous. They should be shut down.

It is a rip-off artist company. I waited for months for my order of 3 dresses. They canceled one after several months, and when I finally received the other two, they were not the colors represented on the posting. The quality was also horrible. Trying to return them to China is a joke, and very expensive. Then asked for a refund, and when promised a 25% refund, they only sent 15%. I will NEVER order from this company again, and encourage others to prevent stress by not dealing with them.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. So many things were misrepresented. The quality of the shirt was very poor. There was a seam in the right down the middle of the back of the shirt that was uneven and bumpy. Strings were hanging off the embroidery that were loosely sewn on. The pattern and color of the shirt was not even close to the picture online. I ordered a one size fits all but the label on the shirt said Medium.The return process is very sketchy. You don't get a return label with your package. You need to go to the website and send an email and wait til they contact you back with an email, at that point they offer you 15% cash refund to keep the garment or if you still want to return it, their return center is located in China so you have to pay for the shipping and custom fees and they let you know it could take weeks. It seems like they are manipulating you to accept the 15% cash refund. I accepted it because it seemed easier and less cost effective for my particular order but once you accept this agreement they send you an email letting you know if could take up to 2-3 weeks to get your refund if you paid with a credit card. I have yet to receive any money back. Really disappointed with this company.

I ordered three dresses from them and never received them. When I queried it, they said these had been returned to China and they cannot ship again nor will they refund my money. This company is a scam and I have been defrauded

If i could leave no stars I would. The dress I ordered is nothing like what is pictured. China scam knockoff! DO NOT ORDER! I spent over 100 bucks to get a good deal and I got CRAP.

Wedreammore is a scam. Do NOT buy from them.
1. Product was poor quality, seams were not finished and threads hanging of products.
2. Pictures misrepresent the materials and the outfit.
3. It has taken over 2 months to receive my order and not everything has arrived.
4. There is NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. I spent $250 on clothes and they will not allow anything to be returned/refunded. It is a scam. They say you have to login to your account to get an address in China to return your items, but I never had an account.
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a Dress and Shirt February 19th and STILL have not received. I contacted customer support April 17th and they shipped an item April 24th when after asking for refund. The website states 10-20 business days. After 2 months I’ve had it. NEVER buy from here total scam. Have my CC company getting involved.

I wished i had seen this site before...just received two of the items i purchased....don’t look AT all like the photos....extremely poor quality....very disappointed....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE...you will be disappointed....they dress the clothing with accents...jewellery, ..scarves...makes the items appear more attractive.

Ordered 4 dresses a month and a half ago. Emailed with zero response. One dress showed up today. Will never order from them again. I agree that PayPal should let them go.

This site is a fraud. I have ordered a dress two months ago and nothing has arrived!

Please dont buy from this company there clothes are a disgrace i have been rob of my money, i dont know were there pictures come from to advertise the clothes but they look nothing like the dresses you receive, i wouldnt even wear them i put them straight into recycling so please!please! dont waste your hard earned money in WEDREAMMORE !!! they should be shut down.....
