Shipping taking way too long

Not only that, customer service is not responsive at all. I feel they are just a drop shipper who do their operation using automated methods. Still waiting for my order to be confirmed and shipped. They finally sent me a tracking code that showed that the package is not accepted by the sorting center. Yet you'll still see their IG ads running. Instead of putting your budget on IG ads why not invest in a proper CS staff? Regardless I'm getting my order or not later on (even if the quality of the goods are top tier), 1 star. I'm not even sure if the project are originally theirs.

Great stuffs, super good t shirts, well done, and well printed. They should have five stars for that!

Customer service doesn't exist. NO REFUND AT ALL. They never make a refund, they don't answers and they really ignore you. I wrote ten emails for a sweatshirt bad printed and too small, BUT no email had an answer. They deserve one star for this.

it's really up to you, if you catch the right size the things are really well done. GO for a bigger size always, if you wear L take XL and so on. But if you get wrong you loose your money.
That's why I gave them two stars.
