These "vitamins" do not work. I took them for 2 1/2 months and I did not see any change at all with my hair. I contacted the company to request a refund and the said that I should have asked my doctor how to take the vitamins. However, the bottle tells you exactly how to take them. Their response did not address my request and basically blew me off. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY ON SOME GUMMY CANDY.
