I booked a Bike Tour in London for a Saturday and they phoned me that afternoon to cancel the Tour. Very annoying as we had travelled up to London for a birthday treat. I was promised a £50 gift card and a refund. I am still waiting for both!!! They do not reply to emails, i have had a reply to a text message promising my refund last week, but still nothing refunded. Very Very Poor Service- 1st cancelling the Tour and then NO REFUND. Very disappointing.

Absolute Scam! Turns out they've shut down months ago, but they're still taking people's money, and refusing to refund it, even though they're in liquidation! Utter utter fraudsters, should be ashamed of themselves

Despite this company being wound up by the courts and put into liquidation, they are still taking people's money for tours that they won't provide. Actual scammers

This company cancelled the bike tour myself and 3 friends had booked onto due to a technical issue. They left a text message to say that there would be a refund and a gift card but none of these have materialized. I have emailed into the company and left voice mail and text message and no one has been back in contact with me to explain the status of my refund and the complimentary booking.
