We work with a third-generation family-owned factory in Portugal to create the perfect terry from 100% organic long-staple cotton for our Bath Towels and Robes. Our team of in-house embroidery experts in Atlanta adds the finishing touches to your order. Each and every embroidered item is created and inspected by hand before we send it to you. Choose from dozens of piping and embroidery combinations to design something unique and just for you! Overpriced, and they won't stand behind their products.

Paid $175 for what turned out to be a lightweight robe that shrank one size, instead of the luxurious, plush robe that they described.

Worse, they will not take returns once an item is washed - but there are defects that only show after being washed. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand about robe shrinkage and loose threads and the piping wrinkling up due to shrinking (that can't be ironed out.)

They use influencers to hype their products, but they should spend their money on higher quality items.
