Phoned up for a quote to fit a new Ariel to my new build property. Can’t deny very prompt and good response. Told me £89 plus vat. I did ask if that was it as I was actually living in the same town as this company so they know the area. Told me that’s it. When they came told me would actually be £220 + vat. I fell for the 500+ reviews and being 4 star. But when I was told that was something they control and they don’t publish the bad reviews, I decided to dig deeper and find over 4000+ bad reviews. So if anyone like me they will find they are worse then good.

Enquired about a new roof aerial, quoted £89 plus the dreaded VAT, good I thought, turned up early next day, brilliant, guy who was great and informative did the job no problem, great reception no complaint, but beware there's add ons which aren't explained at first point of contact, a new pole, band, brackets and extra cable are needed which hikes the price up, prob a bit nieve on my side, but all said and done the job was done to a high standard.

Delighted with the quick service from The Aerial Guys. A new aerial fitted, so that we can access Freeview again, as reliability from our current TV network supplier has become highly expensive and unreliable.

Company arrived at the agreed time as promised and carried out the work quickly and efficiently and even hid the cables behind down pipes etc, doing a better job than the original Sky team. Polite and professional, highly recommend

I needed a new aerial cable fitted on an upstairs TV. The gentleman that did the job was very polite and respectful. He even put shoe covers on to enter our property. Great no nonsense pricing and excellent service. I Would highly recommend. I will be using this company in future.

Great job. Clean and tidy. All my telly signals without the chequerboard effect. Very polite and prompt. On the downside I wanted aerial lead to reach to 2 places. He only left me one good reach but the other was about a metre short.

Chap came exactly when he said he would. Explained what he needed to do, and fitted new aerial and cables in a couple of hours. Very little mess and no messing around!

Price reasonable and exactly as quoted.

Easy to book - although to change was slightly difficult as line engaged. However operator called me back.
Was able to book a scheduled time when I changed the booking - which helped with virtual meetings whilst I am working from home.

Engineer turned up 5 minutes late - not an issue.( any matter of things can affect that including volume of traffic etc)

Engineer explained he didn't carry white cabling and suggested an external route with black cabling at an additional cost of £15 plus VAT. This wasn't mentioned on the phone and not carrying white cabling seems crazy as I expect most people wouldn't want black cabling running across white skirting boards.

The engineer did tidy up - a plus - but he wouldn't plug the cabling into my Sky box - he said that wasn't included - so I wasn't aware when he left whether I could still use my TV

When he asked me to sign to say I was satisfied - I added that I hadn't checked that the TV was working but the cabling was a neat job.

So overall I was disappointed as I felt he hadn't completed the job. Had the TV not worked - I would've needed to call him back - he wasn't willing to wait until I had plugged his cables in.
