First the good; Cannot fault the work done was pretty straight forward glass replacement and done pretty quickly.

The downside; First visit consisted of a guy coming out and taking a picture of a model number that they could have had easily days before with some simple communication. Then had to wait another 5 days for a phone call to arrange their earliest appointment 2 days after that. Total time from starting the first communication out from me was 9 days. A long time to go without an oven when feeding a family of 4 daily.

They’re professional,quick,respectful people and reliable,I love how quick they get things fixed,I can’t fault the service at all

Fantastic service, easy to talk to, explained everything to me, finished the job in good time, very courteous.

Had our cooker fix by a very professional and helpful engineer. He put the bulb in our cooker first time and done a better job than my dad. Had trouble with our timer and he put it right very quickly. Would recommened to all my family and friends

Customer service is excellent, wait times for call outs and repairs are usually short.

Engineers have always been friendly, considerate and happy to explain what they're doing and what's needed.

Excellent company.

Called them about a dishwasher that wasn't working. They came out within a couple of days. The engineer was very pleasant, professional, and methodical.

Ended up with a working dishwasher and all good.

Very happy with the quality of the service and the administration team that pulls it all together.

Absolutely lovely engineer! He was happy to explain what had gone wrong with my appliance, contributing factors to what went wrong and how I can prevent the same issue in the future.

The only negative is that I was booked in for an 8am to 1pm slot but the repair ended up arriving after half 3.

Amazing my cooker has broke twice and they have came out no problem both times and fully working again

Excellent communication- kept informed by email, text and phone call on all aspects of repair. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Engineers were really friendly and considerate!! I had just redecorated the utility so they were very careful not to mark/damage my freshly painted walls!! Washing machine now working great again

Fantastic company ordered my parts quickly, lovely friendly fella came he worked really hard as my washer was an awkward one and got my washer fixed i could not be happier.

A brilliant service start to finish… customer service is absolutely amazing. No long waiting times in the phone, very friendly helpful advisor and date booked in a good time frame. Engineer arrived, very efficient and noted the parts and problem. Someone called me immediately to arrange a date for the fix. Again, very helpful- I had to ring a couple of times to ask my questions and every time was supportive and helpful. Could not fault any of the process at all. Highly recommend and lots of other companies could learn a few things from these! Thank you

They would have got a 5 only my appointment should have been in the morning, I rang at 1pm and was told I was next on the list, it would have been better had they rang to tell us they were running late, they arrived about 1.45pm

The guys that came were great, got the repair done fast and they were very conscientious making sure all was working properly. I highly recommend

What a great company, I had stupidly but the child lock on my mother's washing machine,which I had no idea was on it, phone the insurance company who put me in touch with Wefix,came out very quickly,knew what was wrong straight away, fix it, and told me what i should do next time all in all a very satisfying repair with friendly staff, I highly recommend this company.

Wefix are such a useful company. They’ve fixed a number of appliances for me. Their staff are warm and personable too. Such a relief to find that I didn’t need a new cooker and the problem was quickly fixed.

Excellent service. The fitter was very efficient and worked hard as the repair was not an easy job. He was very polite and made us feel comfortable throughout the work. Very pleased indeed with the service.
