Check out their warehouse!
Signed up with Ryan three months ago. Started slowly and sold about $5k in the last couple of months. Super excited to see where this goes and make consistent gains and lots of credit card reward points. Customer service is really good and I’ve recommended to my friends and family. Loved visiting their 20k sqft warehouse space in Grand Prairie near Dallas and had a good time chatting to some of their workers!

Ascend are hands down the BEST in the Amazon automation game
I've been involved with automation for a couple of years, I started off seeing Tommy Rodriguez on an IG ad and went into dropshipping, went really well, got up to 15k a month for one month and then it went south and my account got suspended and my funds were held. Then I tried a couple of other programs, paying for various Aged amazon selling accounts on the way and no company I used really produced the results I wanted before I found Ascend and hoped on a phone call with Cole. Ascend actually got my dropshipping account reinstated really quickly and money released and then started doing FBA/HFS program on my account and because my account was aged, it scaled really quickly. I'm now making $10-12k a month on autopilot and for someone who constantly monitors my account like me, it's reassuring to see how smooth their warehouse runs and how quickly the packages are fulfilled. I even went out to meet Helen, the warehouse manager in Dallas which I recommend EVERYONE do just because so many companies out there hide behind prep centers and don't actually have any infrastructure. It was so exciting I actually saw my packages being shipped out that very day! I can tell you through first hand experience that Ascend have a really impressive set up and this is what impressed me the most.

Update 10/11/2023
Back to 1 start. If you see my update below, i spoke to soon. They promised me a lot and delivered very little.
Fact. I am out about $38,000
Fact. They admittingly lost about $8000 of my inventory. They said they would replace it and they did for about 4 weeks and then nothing. Maybe they gave me about $3000 in inventory.
Fact. I have a store after almost 18 months with 4 things for sale, so discounted i lose money when I sell them.
Fact. After I declined to spend another 15k with them to purchase inventory that is when they pretty much stopped caring about me. I wanted to see if they would make good on the promise of replacing my inventory which they did not.
Fact. From July 7th to Sept 19th nobody from Ascend contacted me about a store that sold about $100 for 2 months.
Stay away!! research plenty of places to see reviews. There were not when I signed up.
//////////////UPDATE 5/30/2023///////////
I have changed my rating to 4 stars!! Over the last 3 months Ascend and Will, have worked with me to correct past mistakes and come up with a plan for the future. I have sold more in the last month and a half then I did the previous 5 months. There is no doubt that Ascend does valus its partners because they worked to get things right and move my store in the right direction. It shows that Ascend is not a fly by night company but one that wants to be the best in this Industry. There are always risks involved in doing business but is nice to know that the company your working with cares about you being successful. Ihope this trend continues but at this point I would recommend doing business with Ascend.
////////////////////UPDATE///////////////////////////////
STAY AWAY FROM ASCEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has almost been 3 months since my first post and nothing has changed, in fact it is worse. January I had about $700 total in sale 8 months into this. I say about, because no one has update my sales sheet since Jan 19th. It is the same canned answers after I questions them on things but nothing get fixed or resolved. This month I did not even make enough to pay the interest on my Credit Card and I have no reason to believe it will get better. No one seems to care about my experience from Ascend. I have at least 9 products that have been listed for sale since September that have not sold 1 thing. I do have plenty of other inventory purchased that is sitting somewhere. There is no plan to move the other product to make room for something that might sell.
I have read all the reviews and find it hard to believe that I am part of the same company that people rave about and say they are making money. I see no future in this and here is why. They purchased like 150 different products with average profit around $5 per item. You have to sell a lot of those items to make money and the sales are just not there. I was led to believe that they buy a lot of a few items that are desired and turn the inventory over like that. It was described in one of the reviews below where they bought a 1000 of one thing. I have 150 different products from adult diapers to to hard candy. After 8 months of selling I average less then a $100 a day in sales. I could have done that by myself.
Since Jan 24th my sales have been under a $150 TOTAL.
The worst part is that you just here and are helpless as you watch your investment go down the drain.
My story is a lot like Marks. My first month of sales was in May and sales grew every month until October. I am on track to have a really bad November. Here are a few issues that I have come across. I have spent about $18000 in product and have averaged about $1900 a month in sales with an overall profit of around $4000, then split 60/40. My real issue is that right now according to Ascends Inventory count. I have around 72 products that I bought mostly in August that are still sitting on shelf somewhere, but not listed on Amazon. That is close to $11,000 in inventory sitting for months. I have been asking for weeks what the plan is and have not gotten a real response, just the Team is working on my concerns. They have bought some products that have definitely been quick sellers but I also have 23 out of my 37 listing that have sold less then 1 item in the last 45 days. Some haven't sold anything in 3 months. I ask what the plan is to move them but do not get any answers. I hope this turns around. I am not sure what has happened this month but it is definitely been different with my account then the previous months. I will say when my line of credit was reached I did have to hold them off on buying more for two reasons. First I had plenty of product just sitting there and second the sales were not there for a lot of the products that they bought. I do think it is a good company and they are putting in a good effort but right now I can not say that I do not have some regret partnering with them. I will update in 3 months to see where I am at.

Poor Tools and Communication
I started with Ascend in late March/April so I'm past my 6 month starter period. Sales started to rise steadily in August into Sept but dropped off in Oct and have cratered in Nov. No products being ordered in the last 1.5 months has certainly hurt. Not sure why because I have an unlimited credit line- and they could be buying a lot more than they are. In addition to the store purchase I'm down about 8k, so really needing to see better results. The move from Google sheet tracking to ClickUp has been a challenge. I wasn't trained when I started, and the tools they use are poor. But, I'm waiting patiently to see if this takes off or I will be forced to get my money back.

Lots of bad players in the space. This one isn’t.
I looked at a lot of companies offering this “done-for-you” service.
Ascend Ecom is the only company who would answer all my questions and had a clear cut legitimate model.
No drop-shipping, their own infrastructure, great leadership.
It’s totally hands off aside from just moving some money around. I don’t get bombarded with messages to do things and all the info I need is on the Amazon seller app.
All-in-all this has been great. You’ll pay a premium price and it takes time to build a sustainable business BUT you will get a premium service. you’ll never lose your store to stupid suspensions and genuinely make passive income.

My experience so far
So this is about my experience so far with Ascend ecom. At the start my sales person was very clear with what to expect going in, such as how long it usually takes to make my initial investment back, how much I would need to put in for capital and what have you, which is appreciated and important for these types of ventures. I then interacted with the customer facing people via email and a software called click up, it was a little weird messaging system like those forums of old which I found odd at first but I eventually got used to it, the customer service or crt people were great and helpful, since it's like a forum don't expect instant replies, more like a few hours which is fine because it should be mostly hands off for these type of things anyway, but useful if you have questions. The guidance with setting up was overall good as well. I'm now fully set up and I'm just waiting for the initial seedlings of my investment to sprout from the soil. Something to keep in mind if you're interested is to remember that this is not a get rich quick offer, this is a long game, one where you have to fully be prepared to wait out, just like me. I'm sure that eventually, that seedling would grow into a mighty tree, one that would bear fruit for me for the years to come. (And yes, I like to do a bit of gardening)

I signed up with Ascend Ecom a little…
I signed up with Ascend Ecom a little over 6 months ago. I was pleased with the onboarding process and they guided me in setting up my LLC, Amazon seller central, and have been very communicative which has given me peace of mind. Sales are definitely picking up now and I'm pleased in the direction my store is going
