weflip gets you cheaper energy bills forever. We’ll automatically switch you to a new supplier when we find a cheaper energy deal. And you don’t have to pay us a flipping penny.

My first "flip" went smoothly. The second was botched with shocking communications throughout with me ending up with a company that immediately went into administration.
I asked them to delete my account and all of my data which they agreed to do so. Guess what? Since then they have tried to flip me again twice, clearly without authority.
Steer well clear.

The first supplier they flipped me to (Toto) took 2 months payments in advance and then promptly went into administration.
I haven’t yet had confirmation from EDF (the new supplier) that they’ll be repaying my credit balance and now weflip are suggesting that I flip supplier again.
So far I’m well out of pocket, have spent more time than ever on trying to find out what’s happening with my bill and greatly regret signing up to weflip.

I signed up to WeFlip in February. By September I hadn't heard from WeFlip again since first signing up, so I went to their website and found a energy deal that would have saved me £52 a year, so I should have been automatically "flipped". I emailed WeFlip to ask why they hadn't changed my supplier and I got a stock answer saying that they look at many factors when switching suppliers o would only swap suppliers when it saved more than £50 a year. It was clear from their reply that they hadn't looked into my issue as there were no fees for leaving my current deal and there was at least one deal available that would have saved me more than £50 a year. Less than 2 hours after the reply to my complaint I received an email saying WeFlip were looking for a new deal for me, so I figured the issue was sorted and they would find me a new deal.
A month later I get another email from WeFlip, not to tell me they moved me to a new deal given the £52 cheaper deal was still available, but to tell me my current supplier had gone out of business and ofgem would appoint a new supplier. I complained to WeFlip again to ask why I still hadn't been moved, and pointing out I wouldn't still be with the supplier that was going out of business if they had done their job at any point in the 8 months I had been a customer. Their reply told me that my supplier had gone out of business, as again it seems they have failed to read my email.
WeFlip never did their in the 9 months I've been a customer, and now I'm stuck being processed by OfGem. WeFlip also never managed to read the emails I sent them, or deal with them in any helpful way. I won't be using them again

Joined in February. Always done my own switching. Big mistake. Ran into major problems when they switched me again in August to a new supplier. The old supplier sent an erroneous bill for £2666.92. They were no help at all. Even when we were passed to a debt collecting agency. CAB eventually sorted it out for us. My advice, stay clear.

I switched to save, however they didn't switch both my supplies but instead charged me the same for one, leaving me to pay the same with my other, costng me an additional £50 a month. I raised a complaint, contacted many many times and no reply. They didn't even honour their offer of an Amazon gift card to switch either! They didn't even tell me that 2 payments would come out in the first month! No one called me back, no one replies - now i have to take my case to the ombudsman!

Absolutely hopeless. Avoid at all costs. First flip and they have managed to screw it up. As it stands I have no idea who is supplying my energy! They sent me an e mail saying my flip to a new company had failed but not to worry I would just stay with my previous supplier. I had however cancelled my payments to them as I had received an e mail stating I was with the new supplier who had taken the first direct debit. All you get back from we flip is a standard e mail saying they are investigating urgently. I have several of these over the last 2 weeks and I'm still non the wiser!! No doubt there will be a response on here saying please get in touch with us. Trust me its pointless, they don't do anything!
You have been warned

Absolutely useless. Managers can't even call you back when they say they will. They cannot follow the basics of what the company wants to do ie switch. I am now going to be put on a variable rate at extra expense to me because we flip failed. They also failed at a higher level. Useless - try we look after your bills

tried switching but didn't go through. not great service

Easy to set up and they were good at keeping in contact. I like the idea I won’t have to keep bothering with switching every year and they will do the hard work for me.

Spoke with James at weflip requesting clarification over cancelling flip, and received speedy and knowledgeable service. Very impressed.

Just got an e mail from Enstroga to say my 12 month contract was ending in September.
I had cause to telephone Enstroga several times unfortunately as they never replied to email and A foreign call centre man called 'Ron' was so rude on the phone that I was determined to move supplier when my contract was up.
Spent 2 hours comparing energy tarrifs the discovered Weflip.com.
What a joy. At last someone will look on my behalf and notify me of cheaper tarrifs and I can refuse to move if I want to.
Superb service , lots of emails informing me of progress and lovely to speak to an English sounding person who I understood perfectly called James when I gave my Meter number.
Can't praise this company enough, much needed at long last

The website application and results are easy to access. The online switch-over was easy and painless. I just hope that things continue to go smoothly with the change-over to another supplier.

It was simple and easy to use, didn't have to do much and the service would switch your supplier, you would then have to confirm with the supplier to make sure it's all set up once you give the meter readings, and it saves money.
However, it becomes complicated if you are a landlord, as it becomes over-complicated to set up. This company works well under an individual basis in my opinion.

It took months to "flip" to new provider. I never received my giftcard either. Everytime you make contact, there is a different story.
Just go to Uswitch and do it yourself.

my experience has been fraught with errors - the process must be very manual ! - advice would be double check meter reference numbers (even when you have given them in the first place), triple check to make sure they transfer your address and not your neighbours - ild only double checked and went online when live only to find my neighbours gas supply on my account as well as my own !!
