Avoid

Avoid. Ordered a table and chairs at the London International Horse show in December. They said it will be delivered by the end of February. Chased when that came and went and they said a couple weeks. Now we’re mid April and still nothing.

Persevere with the minimal responsiveness as the furniture is worth it!

I saw WeFurnish at the Ideal Home Show in March 2025 and subsequently purchased a Grand Cross table in September 2025. We weren’t able to take delivery immediately and it was agreed it could be held for us in the interim. Paul at WeFurnish was very responsive and was keen to get the sale, even honouring the 10% show discount which we appreciated. We got back in contact at the end on November hoping to arrange delivery - we got no response to our email and chased several times over email and the phone (we never got through on the phone and left voicemails which were never responded to). After 2 weeks of nothing (and fearing this may be a scam) we contacted the team at the Ideal Home/Home Renovation Show to chase on our behalf - this did yield a result. WeFurnish apologised and told us about a supply chain issue but that it was now sorted and delivery could happen in January 2026 (also promising more responsive communications). We contacted them in January and again it was painful to get any response (and so we contacted the Ideal Home Show team again). Eventually we received delivery at the start of February 2026. The table we ordered is beautiful and we are very happy with the result. It is a shame that there was such a poor consumer experience and required so much back and forth. We found reassurance in other people’s reviews and our experience was the same - it is a legitimate company and we have received our table that we are really happy with. Persevere as it is worth it!!

Still waiting for my table and chairs

Still waiting for my table and chairs, ordered on 4th October. Goodness knows how many emails and phone calls, with most not answered.
They finally answered and gave me £700 back so we could get a temporary table to eat Christmas dinner. Now heading towards the end of January and back to no contact. Communication is pathetic! EITHER DELIVER OR GIVE US MONEY BACK!!!
What really annoys me is there are now 2 comments on Trustpilot of people or fake people that have had furniture delivered!

With regards to your order, we had severe delays prior to Christmas and were unable to deliver before Christmas therefore refunded you nearly 25% of your order as a good will gesture which you were very happy about. Your delivery is ready to go and has been waiting for confirmation from yourselves for availability. With regards to other reviews, these customers had different items which have been delivered within our normal delivery times.

Good products but late delivery and shockingly poor communications.

The good: when it eventually arrived, the furniture (dining table, chairs, side cabinet, bed) was lovely, superb quality, really heavy weight. The delivery guys were also very helpful and friendly.
The bad: much longer wait than promised and non-existent communication.

I ordered from the helpful team on the sales stand at Goodwood Revival in mid-September, promised delivery by early November. I had to repeatedly email to get any update; the only phone number I had was for one of the sales team out at shows who couldn't help. Lack of response meant I was eventually on the brink of requesting a chargeback from my credit card (like other reviewers) - it honestly looked like I'd be scammed. Delivery was then promised in a particular week at the start of December, that arrived and still no delivery date arranged ("I'll talk to the drivers on Monday" was a typical line). Eventually I was told a delivery date and asked if anyone would be home to receive the furniture. I asked if the date could be changed (due to a work commitment) and was ignored, so I re-arranged the work meeting. I didn't really expect the delivery to actually happen on the day but it did - albeit 2 hours earlier than stated (no text update on the morning to advise a specific ETA). I was then left with a huge amount of cardboard and polystyrene packing material to somehow dispose of as the delivery team are under instructions not to take this away - it's still in my garage, it's way more than will go in a domestic bin or my car to take to the tip. Even the delivery team were deeply unhappy with the lack of communication between the company (they guy in the office) and customers - because they're taking the brunt of the complaints when they deliver.
It's a great shame, becuase the products are lovely. But the company seriously needs to get its act together before it loses all custom due to unnacceptably bad communications.

Non-delivery of furniture order

Bought table and chairs at Carfest in August delivery promise of 6-8 weeks max was not met. Then chased on delivery and given dates on two different occasions - still no furniture. So now given up and opted for chargeback from credit card company. Shocking service and communication.

Ordereed a table, took the money, then nothing

Ordered a table at the Grand Designs show. Understood that it would be a few weeks for delivery. Few weeks went by with no communication. Started to follow up on the order both with an email, and telephone (which they never answer or phone back). After many emails, and increasing frustration, they finally gave a very brief reply saying they were sorting out delivery schedules and they would email shortly. Almost two weeks later and many email/phone calls from me, no response whatever. I have requested a refund, but again no acknowledgement so about to proceed with a chargeback.
I'm sure for some people the whole process has gone smoothly, but from my perspective, there are many furniture companies who believe in customer service and communication and would be a better choice than wefurnish.

Versatile table

The Cotswold table and chairs fit into a compact space, seating us more than comfortably. Then with the extensions added, 10, maybe 12 at a pinch, can sit around for those extended family/friends gatherings.
The set is robust, smart and stylish. We were helped, not pressured when buying the furniture, and delivery was efficient, careful and kind. We're very pleased with the whole process and furniture.

I absolutely love my Cotswold table

I absolutely love my Cotswold table. It is exactly what I have been looking for for years. Solid oak. Beautiful feel, and It looks stunning.
No straight table legs to get in the way when sitting at the table. The small extendable table is perfect for us. Small enough for the 3 of us to sit around comfortably as an everyday table, but just as good when we have family of up to 10 or more round for a meal.
Always a slight worry when you buy from shows but communication was great, the delivery guys were so good, and I can't fault the table. Thank you so much.
