Cant get a hold of anyone. I called numerous times and left a message emailed them once but no reply. I had to cancel my order as it's 15 business days and my purchased item wasn't even out of the confirmed stage. Sad cuz they used to be top notch.
Growbuds Fans
Last year I Purchased 5 oscillating 6 inch fans. After receiving them 2 of them did not work So I contacted growbuds and they replaced the 2 defective ones. A few days later another 3 stopped working And I never received any response from them. After numerous emails I still did not get a response because now I have 7 fans that are not working. I would never buy anything from them again. I also purchased 6 spider farmer lights from them Hopefully I will never have a problem with them. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare. If you need to purchase anything please I beg you go elsewhere.

My package was damaged in transit, I contacted customer service and they had the replacements in motion next day!

Awesome customer service that goes above and beyond expectations!
I had placed a preorder for some fans that was unfortunately impacted by the supply chain issues every business has faced over the past year. The customer service agent kept me informed throughout the process and when it became clear that the fans order would not make it in time for my needs, they replaced the order with a comparable product that was listed for more money than my original order. I am more than happy with my experience and will be looking here first for all my grow needs.

I ordered an autopot xl 6 pot set up. The pots and auqavalves are pretty sweet, the flex tank is junk. I had a cracked ked piece on the tank valve, contacted wegrowbuds about it. They wanted a picture of the defective part, red flag. There's only 1 valve on the flex tank this told me customer service doesn't even know what there selling. I figured I was on my own and found a part that worked at home depot. Got it going through veg, small leak still but I figured I could tighten it when I cleaned the tank for the switch to flower. I did that and the leak got worse, did it 4 times yesterday, my basement is flooded, plants are limp and I'm pissed. For a qualifier, I'm an old guy, built fancy ass houses my whole life, I can hook stuff up correctly, I promise. So I'd advise do buy the pots and valves, don't buy the flex tank and get your stuff somewhere else.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company last fall I tried to order a sf 2000 from them and found out that they were selling a product they do not stock through a third party seller. Which I dealt with there evasive staff. And they annoying blonde telemarketer that did not comprehend basic English so the other day my other half decided to give you another try. Why I don't know the same evasive blonde still works there he's like cool placed the order . Gave grow buds the benefit of the doubt.Yet again they were evasive again, about when the light was going to ship. Same manipulative attempts. At not answering our questions about what was going on.Obviously we are dealing with young adults. That don't understand the concept of treating your customer like royalty. To keep them coming back. So this is the reason growbuds has lost us as possible customers.forever.

You definitely think this company has it all together by the website but they are far from!! I ordered 2 six inch fans the last week in May come mid June I had not received them so I emailed them & they said they were back ordered untill mid July. Ok cool i can work with that. Come mid July still nothing emailed them again & now they say late September. They never reached out to me telling me it was going to be 2 months more & that doesn't work for me so they were going to send me a refund. After 11days of no refund I emailed them twice they finally refunded my account $69.99 now mind you payed $84.99 so where's the difference? They kept the shipping for something that was never shipped!! So again after more emails I finally received the difference...DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! Im not going to say they are scammers or anything but they definitely didn't try to help me out!!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I got my money back after 3 months...BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Product is awesome but takes time to work out the kinks. Only reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to horrible customer service, I tried getting help with a leaking issue I was having and when I called, i reached a woman that clearly spoke little English and was absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me to send email and that's all I got out of her. I sent email but never received a answer. The leaking was caused by me and not the product though. After figuring out the issue the auto pot system is working perfect and my crops are very happy.

Bad service, Wasted a month went elsewhere
Customer service is non existent I had to reach out by phone a couple of times since email was useless. Shipping out date is way slower than their already delayed estimate. In the end after waiting over a month they said they would request a cancellation for my order to the warehouse department.. My package never shipped from their warehouse and they finally removed the charge from my card. This was after being lied to over and over again about when my order would leave their warehouse. Consumers beware! I never could contact the warehouse which is in California, only their "office" on the east coast.
Buyer beware same junk as dollar store
I originally purchased 2 fans and after 2 weeks one stopped working. Claims sent me another and within 30 days that one stopped working. When contacting support they tell you to dangerously clip a zip tie that holds the wire tight to the fan only to expose the fact that the wire is being cut into by the zip tie. Very dangerous and very hazardous. If you want complete junk and a fire hazards then buy one. As for support they said they would send me another then said they are on backorder again. Thats fine I wanted my money back anyways. Same thing as a dollar store clip fan do not waste your money. ALSO THEY WILL ASK YOU TO GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW WITH THE PROMISE OF A $20 DISCOUNT AND THEN BOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THANKS CATE THE LIAR !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I did have another review of them here that I way too quickly posted without having gone through this crap.
