Product arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition, will definitely be ordering from them again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Weightlifting-Shop.com. I returned a pair of Nike Metcon 9 trainers due to sizing issues and followed all of their return instructions, even double-checking the address with their team. Despite this, a significant amount of time has passed since the return, and I still haven’t received my refund or clear information on the status of the process.

After multiple follow-up emails, I finally received a response, but only after a long wait, and the reply was vague, providing no concrete updates or timelines on the refund. It is clear that the company’s customer service is severely lacking – there is a noticeable lack of clarity, accountability, and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

The fact that, even after following all their instructions, the return process remains so drawn-out and unreliable highlights a major flaw in their returns policy and customer support. Sadly, after this experience, I cannot recommend Weightlifting-Shop.com to others. If you are considering purchasing from this store, be prepared for potential issues with returns and a likely lack of effective communication from their side.

I truly hope this company takes steps to improve its return processes and customer service quality, so future customers do not have to face these challenges.

I ordered thevwtong size and I have emailed 3 times and tried to chat ob there whatsapp. Not a singel response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from this shop if you are a UK customer!

I bought some expensive weightlifting shoes and was forced to pay an import fee of 50% of the value of the order (brexit yay) There was no indication of this at the checkout.

The company ignored my contact email and there was no opportunity to refund. I definitely will not be using them again.
