As some of our medications fall under Controlled Drug classifications, we are subject to legal restrictions in the dispensing process, which can occasionally result in unavoidable delays. To help minimise this, we encourage patients to complete their payment as soon as possible after their consultation. In your case, it appears that the payment was made after the same-day processing cut-off, which contributed to the delay.

Been with weightmedics before . Managed to lose 8kg in a few months but had to stop due to becoming pregnant. Now back on as I know the phentermine treatment which I used previously worked. 100% recommend. The staff are friendly and so are all the doctors . They explain everything to you clearly and make sure you have no questions left unanswered. They are also always quick to answer when you contact them .

Very Pleased so far
I’m two months into my Mounjaro course and I’m very pleased how simple and straightforward it’s all been so far, re using the pen and interacting with weightmedic staff. Slight nausea at first which went after a day or so and most importantly- it’s working and I’m very happy with the weight loss so far.
