Big plus for Effectiveness

I discovered Weightworld recently. The site was easy to navigate. I placed the order with some magnesium and kids multivitamin. I think arrived in about 4 5 days. The prices are normal as every other places. Love that are vegan and bio. My kid loves the gummies. I use magnesium daily I feel more energetic and no more leg cramps in the night. After I ordered some ashwaganda too, also great. I can only recomend. Looking forward to discover more goodies on site and order.

Still No Order After 4 Weeks – Poor Courier, Poor Service

I placed my order over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. After reaching out to the company many times I was eventually told my order had been lost in transit. I requested a refund, but this was ignored, and instead, they sent out a replacement which has also failed to arrive.

While the company has responded to my messages, I’m still left without my order weeks later, all due to their continued use of an unreliable courier. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. A better courier choice or at least timely resolution (like issuing the refund I initially requested) would have made a big difference. Still waiting for either my order or a refund.

No order received after almost a month

Made my order on the 24th of June to Europe (Bulgaria). About 1 or 2 weeks after I made my order they tell me that the Ashwagandha is out of stock, so they ask me if they can send me the rest of my order. I agreed but still I have not received anything. The thing is that they still haven't sent me an email that my order is dispatched! They can not dispatch a single order for almost 1 month! I have been emailing them, going back and forth (a total of 50 emails!) saying that they will send me my order, but never did. That's an absolute scam!

Horrible experience shipping to EU.

Horrible experience shipping to EU.
I ordered 5 items with expected delivery 2-5 days.
After a week I check my emails and last email says upon shipping I'll receive a tracking code which hasn't happened.
After contracting I am informed that most of my items are not in stock and they'll be shipped out when they are in stock.
After reading this email I checked their website and yeah, all items are listed as "IN STOCK"

After 2 weeks I received a tracking number which states that the items were dispatched from some warehouse in Poland which makes me think that they're doing something scammy with delaying orders.

Bad customer service

They have good products. Neverthess, they have a very bad service starting for polite emails that lie to you saying they will solve your issue and the awful delivery service to US. I have not received a purchase I made more than three months ago.

Easy to find everything you need for a full course

I order from this store first time on the recommendation of some ambassador — and I was very satisfied! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent products and fast delivery!

I’ve been using WeightWorld for a few months now and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality of their supplements is top-notch everything feels clean, well-made, and effective. Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered my supplements, then a week later I receive an email that they aren’t in stock and they expect them back soon. After asking to update with my order. Another week later another email that they have them somewhere else and they will ship them within a couple of days. No any updates afterwards. I emailed a week later again and asked to cancel the order as 2 weeks with no order even being shipped sounds like ridiculous!
3rd week waiting for my refund. I keep emailing them saying that no refund received and they just keep saying wait another 2 days.
Stay away from them! Just avoid at any cost!!!

I think this is a scam

I think this is a scam! Received an email that my item was delivered and signed by neighbour but did not receive any card which neighbour they delivered it. Was knocking on neighbours doors and no one got the item. There is no tracking number provided either or whom to contact to about it!

Defective product, no customer service

Bought an Omega-3 Fish Oil 240 capsules product through Amazon The product is completely defective. Never seen this before but all the 240 pills were completely stuck together and had become just one giant pill that was impossible to separate. Online research suggests this is due to heat exposure when shipping. Wrote to customer service to get another product sent but no response. Unacceptable

Poor communication and no goods arrived

I order items from weightworld and was given a delivery date, 2 days after the delivery date still no delivery I emailed and was told there was a technical issue but the delivery would be with me the next day, another 2 days passed still no delivery this time I called and was informed it would be with me in 2 days due to a technical issue. I wasn’t happy with the poor communication and requested a refused they said this would be processed immediately, and would appear in my account within 48 hours the following day I received an email to say they would process a refund and would receive it within 5 working days. From the start there was no communication unless I called or emailed them, each time it was a technical issue, very disappointing would NOT recommend. Still waiting for my refund 11/07/2025
