Good Customer service and very nice voice

Well, so far I’m just reviewing my interaction with someone on my helpdesk. My order will not go through online so I called in and the lady that helped me was very kind took the time to listen to my problem and was able to correct the problem so I could sign up.

Kevin is a great communicator.

Kevin is a great communicator. Instructions were clear. He was patient. He asked clarifying questions. Their website is well organized, user friendly, and quite thorough. Their customer service team are professional, courteous, and informative. Kevin made sure I understood the features of the subscriptions I have with Weiss Ratings. So far, I am pleased with my decision to subscribe to their investment tools and information.

Weiss Ratings is amazing

Weiss Ratings is an INDEPENDENT, comprehensive analysis of stocks, ETF s, mutual funds, insurance companies, banks etc. They are incredibly reasonable for the honest services they provide. I ve been with them about 4 years and am very happy. There is always a person to help you when you have a question and the staff is awesome!

If the product loses money, they shut up shop and don't answer questions depites spending many thousands on their service - absolutely disgraceful

I purchased the Weiss AI Profit Accelerator product in May 24. I think I was miss-sold the product because of the known charges int. customers are charged per trade (FX). Absent this, I have seen US complaints losing money hand over fist in this product. I have been in the product for c 18 months & asked Q’s throughout and none were answered. Weiss come across as a champion for the average investor, but you pay them $7k and apart from bot answers and others promising responses which never materialise, you get nothing. I guess they think their T&C’s protect them against malfeasance and bad faith such that they do not even bother responding to very real concerns. I eventually formalised the complaint on the 7/12/25 requiring contact by 5pm 15/12 and remedy thereafter. I have not heard anything. It is ok if an investor is in a performing product, but if not, no answers or communication, absolutely appalling conduct and I have lost all trust and confidence in the product.

The prospectus speaks about beating S&P 500 by 51 to 1 over 10 years turning $100k into $11m (later increased to 94 to 1!) - 1 negative year in 10. I have invested for c. 18m and I am well under water with my pension money. You can imagine my stress. I was in gold which would have doubled £195k to £390k, more in keeping with the Weiss minimum S&P x 2 target/promise. The S&P increased by 31.55%, my pension -16.8% (£164,268) which was boosted by me putting £100k back into gold on the 31/7/25! or -64% compared with the S&P or 97% in view of x 2 S&P promise. If I had stayed in gold…

Had Weiss even responded substantively to me I would have exited earlier and not lost so much, got back into gold, and would have recovered the $7k investment (if actioned within a year). Their unconscionable behaviour and silence entrapped me into a useless product, lost much of my pension and taken $7k for what appears to be a miss sold product with no service.

Weiss do the right thing and please provide remedy.

Janine was absolutely amazing . And will always be amazing

Janine was absolutely amazing. Gave me multiple reasons to why I should hang my hat and make weiss Ratings my home .

She was completely able to navigate her own website .
She was able to show me everydetail pertaining to what I had purchased where to find it and how to easily navigate the weiss ratings website.

She is a credit to Client Services at Weiss.
I wish her all the best

I have been a Weiss ratings subscriber…

I have been a Weiss ratings subscriber of different service for some time. I called to cancel a service and purchase another with the credit. RJ was my customer service agent. He handles everything for me without difficulty. I look forward to continuing my Weiss ratings subscriber plus membership and any future service I decide on in the future..thank you RJ.

RJ offered a simple solution

RJ is the first to offer me a simple solution to my problem of not receiving emails - he said they were available on the website. I've been fighting for 5 months to solve this problem. Others said things like, "Contact Google."

Weiss Customer Service is the best. Over the years I have appreciated assistance from Natasha, Ida, Christian and today with Arthur. Each person has been focused, professional and helpful in answering my questions and processing my requests. Yay team!
