2023 SENT AN ORDER ,, still no item , no response,, even went through their sponsor RUNTOO TRADE COMPANY,, never use this company ,,Chinese scammers I lost my money..

I ordered a welder off this a company at first they emailed me & said the welder was delayed a week later they said it was delivered! Nothing was ever delivered then the emails were saying they will send another one but that never happened either!! Now they closed their email so now you can’t even get a hold of them? How do you report these people & make sure they go to jail!! At this point I care less about my money! After reading all these reviews people need to be locked up!! For scamming all these people. Very sad.

I placed an order in august 2023.
I'm still waiting for a delivery.
Apparently my order was sent & delivered to somewhere in manchester and i'm in the Midlands,
The tracking number was non existant.
They said a replacement order would be sent with a tracking number? When i asked where it was? I got the reply "Our company will issue tracking number shortly" I never got one!!!!
Suddenly all e-mails are not being replied to..

Beware this is a scam

In October 2023 I ordered an advent calendar.
Still haven't recived to this day in august 2024.

At first there was an tracking number for my parcel, and to my surprise it said it was delivered sometime i january, but to at totaly diffrent adress and city ...
They would fix it and supposedly sent me a new calender...
During all this time I regularly sent an emil asking for information about tracking number and usually got an answer but a week ago my emil failed to be delivered...

I ordered a HUSH-1 guitar & amplifier from Runtoo Trade Ltd (Weiwang) in October 2023. It never arrived. Weiwang and I have exchanged numerous emails. Each time he promised I would receive my order. I discovered that he was using falsified tracking numbers (Royal Mail). He would not return my payment. Now his email address is no longer valid or he has blocked my emails.

SCAM!!!!!!
Placed order November 23 and after several emails last on being sent last week they have shut the email address down. Unbelievable that I was taken in by it.

I ordered make up boxes in October 2023 and still not recieved them. I've sent over 46 emails and the last 3 they have not bothered answering. It is a disgrace that they can do this.

I placed an order last November, and despite several emails and promises - nothing! It is an absolute disgrace that they are allowed to trade in this country.

ALL THE REVIEWS I HAVE READ SAYING ORDES PLACE IN OCTOBER 2023 HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM THEY MUST HAVE TAKEN THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FROM US AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE,WHY I THOUGH UK TRUSTPILOT WOULD HAVE INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM FOR US HOPE THEY CAN HELP US ALL FOR THIS SCAM

Can you remember when you used to have a pen-pal? Funnily, I'm doing this with the Moran's we are dealing with. Is it AI, a computer, a human or something from the centre of the forest we are corresponding with. Each answer is unbelievable. I dare not order anything from anybody at the moment. Do we trust anybody? Ordered Oct it's now April.

Scam merchants been waiting for an item placed in October off Facebook and 6 months later and dozens of emails flying back and forth still no joy, the first tracking numbers they gave using 17track said item delivered in Scotland so emailed to tell them not received and don't live In Scotland so they said they would send another another one, got tracking number and that item was sent to Belfast I don't live in Ireland so yet again emailed got reply blaming logistics team so would send another one out I now know these are scammers and I'm disgusted in these people I would give zero stars If it was possible

I ordered ninja air fryer and knife set in July 2023 sent 2 tomes to wrong addresses with someone else's tracking number still haven't received my items keep getting fobbed off always a stupid reason they won't refund me so if u order from them my advice is dont

Total scam!!! Placed an order in October 2023.... 5 months later and 60 + emails, nothing! Fake Tracking details. One said that my order was delivered to Guernsey, the next to Wrexham (I live in Scotland). Have repeatedly asked for a refund and even yesterday was asked to wait a bit longer?????? So annoyed with myself for not looking at the reviews. Have lost a substantial amount of money for me.... Lesson learned!!

Total scam!!! Placed an order via Facebook in October 2023 and still nothing to date(April 2024)
Facebook should not be allowing them to advertise on their site!
Feel so cross with myself for not reading the (thousands) of reviews before ordering!..

Order submitted October last year - yet to receive. Don’t place any order with these people, total waste of time / effort & money

No stars. Absolute scam. Placed an order October 2023. 5 months later and 38 emails to no avail. I think what we should do is report them to the Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China in our respective countries. They are confident that no one will go through the trouble and expense of an internation court battle over 30 or 40$. And they are correct. But if we report them to the Embassy, they will have to face consequences in their own country with no further expense/ aggravation to the victims of their scam.
