most comfortable chair…
So far it is the most comfortable chair that I have used. The mesh is comfortable, the lumbar support is great for long term sitting. I have not used the leg rest, however moving the seat forward and back helps with thigh support.

I purchased this chair for my art studio. This chair did not dissappint. The order process was easy, trackable and on time. The packaging was secure and arrived with all parts and no damage. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Such a good sofa bed for a very fair price
I bought it after comparing all brands, customers comments and prices. It is HUGE when you turn it into a bed. So firm and comfy. It is a REAL KING size for 2 adults, a pet or a kid :) We just love it. You can wash the covers (all have a zip). And yes WAIT 72h as instructed. As a sofa, the size is good but you need to sit in the back or you will have the sensation to slip on the edge. The color (green) is beautiful, exactly as described on the pictures. Same for the fabric. Perfect for a guest room, TV room or a single/couple who does not have a lot of budget for a more expensive sitting-room sofa (like me). My neighbor tested it and she is now going to buy one too!

I needed a chair to handle the weight of any member of my family which include some who are over 300 pounds. I am 200+ and this chair holds me with no problems. No squeaking. No wobbling. No problem. My back and legs feel just fine and I sit in this chair for eight hours a day. Great value!

Bought this during the sale and I’m mostly happy with it. The orange color looks great and it fits my space well. It’s comfy, but a bit firmer than I expected and took some time to fully expand. Delivery was quick, setup was just okay. Solid sofa for the price, just not perfect.

Welaxhome fights / refuses to offer refunds
I tried to cancel an order I made in error and now the company is fighting processing of the credit card refund even though the merchandise (sofa) never shipped! They keep delaying asking if I want to buy something else, and after days of telling them NO, please issue the refund, they agree - but then don't actually process the refund. The bank shows no refund issued by Welaxhome! The company is based in China and I get heavy vibes they are a dishonest merchant! Now I have to go through the trouble of filing a formal claim with my bank. Avoid Welaxhome at all costs.
