When we first started to investigate the goal of becoming Israeli citizen's it was overwhelming. We had to gather documents and have them apostiled. I had never even heard of the word before. But when we found WRAI and decided to enlist their help with the process, we were assigned to Ale Zailman as our personal guide through the process. He took us through every step and provided not only the necessary information but also the support we needed. When we finally got approved for our Aliyah and received our visas it was a major accomplishment Then we had to plan our trip to Israel to complete the process. We were very impressed with the staff from WRAI in completing all of the requirements during our stay in Israel. Without their assistance it would have taken weeks to get the necessary appointmemts. And just today we have finally been provided with the Passports we had worked for months to accomplish. I can honestly say there is no way we would have reached this milestone without Ale & WRAI.

Our case was assigned to Ale less than a year ago. We started collecting the documents under his patronage. After gathering everything, we finally received approval! Now we're preparing for our flight once things cool down to complete the process.
